In fact when I was in the other day I was unable to find my debit card while at the bank, a card which I had just used. I was in a mild panic as I knew it had to be in my purse. The teller was kind enough to look up my account, offer to put a freeze on after the last transaction and when I found it laugh with me as she said she understood the panic.
