I have been with Bellco credit Union for several years. I have taken out car loans, HELOC, and pushed hundreds of thousands of dollars annually through their bank to only be treated like trash. There has been no grace or mercy shown during the hardest of times when I've remained honorable. Time after time they have hit me when I'm down and never rewarded me for all of the years when I wasn't. Absolutely horrible bank. They have no value for your business and do not make you a priority. Better yet the whole company doesn't know how to treat their customers at all. We started an auto loan and deal on the beginning of November. It's currently December and because of them dropping the ball countless times and not responding back to us or always getting things sent out and done late, we are still in the process of it! We almost didn't get the car because of this stupid bank, and we explained that to them yet they still did not value the urgency. My parents have been with Bellco for over 20 years. Never have we dealer with any company giving us so many issues and setbacks. Do NOT bank with Bellco if you are looking to loan with them, they won't value your time or business and make you a priority what's so ever. Or even show that they care matter of fact, because that's what's happening to us right now. We will be ending our business with them after this. read more

There is a reason this location has a lower rating than the other Bellco locations. I'm not going to rip on them by listing all the frustrations and lack of personal service, rather I will just STRONGLY encourage you to head over to the Bellco at 120th and Huron or on Washington. My husband has been a Bellco Member for over 25 years and the service at this location has always left a lot to be desired. We won't waste our time even trying to go to this one again. read more

I'm so excited to have a Bellco in my neck of the woods. I visited on black Friday and refinanced my auto loan at a 1.89% rate and was extremely happy. Bellco has been a great financial institution for my need for the last 15+ years, hopefully this branch will live up to their great service. Their ATM has eaten my debit card twice and does not list a telephone number or any other sort of contact info that's necessary to retrieve it. Since this occurred over the weekend, I went back to the branch on the following Monday -- after being on hold with a 1-800 number for an hour since Bellco branches don't take direct calls -- and was told that there was nothing they can do for me because the ATM machine is managed and maintained by a third party. He told me that he'd offer to get me a new card, but their card machine was broken (again!). Since I don't bank there and instead bank at a sister credit union, I asked if I could make a withdrawal using my ID, bank info, etc. but was told they don't assist customers from sister credit unions, and then he suggested that I go to Canvas Credit Union. I followed his advice and did just that -- Canvas not only helped with my withdrawal, but their customer service was over the top. Canvas can do ten times as much to help their customers and even their non customers who bank at sister credit unions. Overall, avoid all Bellco ATMs and don't bank there. I never have and certainly never will. read more

Tried to get a money order from here. The bank teller was extremely rude. Told me they didn't do that there. Which I have in the past. I also tried to open an account. They told me they don't use Experian or trans union. I had both on my phone. With both of my score Ran a credit report and denied me an account. When given the copy of report. It was ran through Experian. I also have 2 accounts with a sister bank of Bellco. Which is a Credit Union. Still denied. Waste of my time and thanks for dinging my credit for no reason. Jeezuz, My wife and I called to make an appointment to open an account. They failed to mention that we'd be run through the ringer for proof of our address before opening an account. I get the whole AML deal and I understand that they have to do, what they have to do. But we offered them nearly every conceivable bit of proof and they were more interested in finding problems, than in finding solutions. Just difficult and unfriendly from start to finish. We walked out. Just barbaric customers disservice. Not a 'please', 'thank you' or 'sorry' to be found either. Ugh. They deserve every bit of their poor rating. I have been with Bellco for almost 10 years. We went to add my husband to the account and it all went through just fine. Until months later we started to receive calls and letters stating that we needed to bring in proof of residency for my husband or they would close our account. Unfortunately my husband wasn't able to take the time to go to a location, so they closed our account! We had to go back in and open a brand new account! Which meant we had to change all of our bills that were on automatic pay, reorder new checks, and figure out how we were going to get our paycheck in there. The guy Kelly that we worked with, didn't care at all about the huge inconvenience this was! I am very disappointed and still very upset about what a giant pain in the butt this was for us! This has to be the worst bank in Colorado! been a member for 6 months and every time I cash a check, they would tell me that they would need to hold it for 7 days before i could take any funds out. All my other banks don't require them to hold a check for that long. I took the same check that would have taken 7 days to cash to Elevation Credit Union, they told me I can take out same day. DO NOT BANK AT THIS PLACE! if I could give it a 0 stars I would!!! read more

The customer service really is awful at this bank! The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I get interest on my checking account. I think the turn over in employees is one of the reasons it's so bad. They need to be trained better and told that the customer comes first, not their private lives. read more

We had a small car loan with Bellco. We wanted to do a payoff. No one would help us they would hangup on us transfer us to no one. I had to drive 50 miles to drop off my payment. You cannot do a payoff online or over the phone. It was a bad experience from day one to the last day. If you need a loan, Go With Someone else! Anyone. read more

This is a terrible waste of space!!! This bank seems all great and nice from the outside, but once you are a member they do nothing to help!!! Don't waste your time or put your money in the hands of this bank ever!!! We tried getting a auto loan and they denied my husband because they said his pay Stubbs look fake!! They never even tried to call the company he works for to confirm employment! Mind you he got pre approved and later was told no, yes, no, yes and finally no! All of their employees are crap inside the bank and on their -800 number. Don't do it!!! Don't waste your time!!! I would give them a negative zero!!! Never have we ever waited 5 days for a auto loan. This is just the gist of the story! They are lucky I didn't go into detail! Terrible service!! don't bother wasting your time! not worth even 1 star! I advise taking your money out and go to another better staffed credit union such as Elevations Credit Union. you will more than likely find your bank closed in the middle of the day with a sign that says "temporary closed". again don't waste your time! o and you will probably find. just as you request to close your account that the night before there was a fraudulent ATM transaction removing money from your account. now how does that happen? I'm physically unable to drive due to surgery. my sister was with me all night, and was my driver. yet again they have no idea. lucky my sister walked in and stood next to me stating "I'm just here for moral support", over hearing this new news of fraud. I got so frustrated I decided it was NOT worth fighting to get my money back, closed my account and walked out. Stating I expect to receive a call from Bellco regarding the latest @$!#! Do you think anyone from Bellco will call me as they said they would? I highly doubt it. FYI, I have never had to write a negative review on any company, ck my Yelp account. This location is awful. I deposited 2 money orders into my account and they didn't deposit all of my money. They are basically keeping MY cash and no one will help. I've called and have spoken to managers to no avail. I will never deposit another dime into their atm's! read more

This Bellco has given me nothing but trouble. I switched my auto loan here, and the employee in charge if my loan told me I could pick any day of the month as my due date. So I did just that. When I got my payment book in the the mail it said that I was being charged a $15 late fee every month because I'm missing the payment deadline. He never told me there was a payment deadline, he said I could pick any day I wished! Now I'm having a heck of a time getting in contact with him or anyone at the branch to fix the problem. I have been with Bellco for about 18 years. Most of the time I have loved it. Why did I then give it such a low rating? Their loan and customer help department. I have had auto loans with them before, no problem. This last loan however, has been a nightmare. After securing the loan, I asked if everything was in order. The loan officer (at the bank) told me that everything was in order. Months later, I get a letter saying that I had better get them the information they need ... no statement on what was needed. I called the bank. I was told the loan was approved and that no information was needed. Their statement was "disregard the notice." Well I was stupid enough to believe them. After a few months I get a letter saying that I have not provided the information they needed and they threatened to call the loan, make me pay for lawyers and all litigation, costs etc. Again no mention of what was needed. Again called Bellco. This time was told they need a copy of car title and to take a picture and email it to Bellco Title office. I tried several times and email kept bouncing back. I had my wife drop by the office above and let them copy the title. They took the title from her (not a copy) and refused to give her a letter confirming that this was all they needed. So now I have no way to prove I gave them the information. My fear, I will come out and find the car repossessed , even though I am ahead on the payments. read more

Came to this branch the other day to get a new card after having not received one in the mail. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. Instead of handing me my card, she threw it to the counter in front of me, no smiles, no eye contact. She just turned around and talked to the two other young girls about how a man isn't able to pay her bills. If you aren't a people person you shouldn't work in a place that deals with people. Also, you should be professional while there are guests waiting on you. Your personal life can wait. read more
