I had a usually long renovation, with COVID I had to do a lot of the work myself. I used nextday dump for the first dumpster and the service was terrible at twice the cost and so many hidden fees. I used around 10 dumpsters from TCC, many were on site beyond the time allowed. I was never hassled about keeping it too long. Always received excellent customer service. Several times I needed same day service for a removal and replacement never had a problem getting it done. I could go on but you will have to see for yourself, well worth your efforts. read more

Contacted TCC Dumpsters after another company said they could not put a dumpster in my driveway. The company responded quickly and quoted a price cheaper than other companies I had contacted. The delivery driver was able to get the dumpster under the low hanging wires and into my driveway. when i had a problem with the first dumpster it was immediately replace with another dumpster. I would definitely use TCC again and have recommended them to my neighbors. read more

We called TCC and ordered a 15-yard dumpster. We received all of the information by e-mail right away, and the dumpster arrived at the agreed-upon time. When it was time to pick up the dumpster, the company arranged to pick it up in the afternoon, as we requested. Originally, they didn't think they would be able to do the pick up that day, but when I let them know that we needed the dumpster removed because movers were arriving the next day, they rearranged their schedule to make sure the dumpster could be removed. Also, they were SO responsive... every time I called or texted (yes, you can text them!), they got back to me within minutes. The price was also the most competitive I could find in the area. Contacted TCC Dumpster a month earlier and rented a dumpster with no problem. I informed them that I will need to rent another dumpster, since the first one (15 yrd) did not fit everything. TCC told me that I would receive a discount for the 2nd rental. I called back for the 2nd rental and left a message. After a week of not getting a return call, I contacted them again and they indicated that the reason they didn't return my call is because they have been very busy. Though I found that to be poor customer service, I made a reservation anyway. After not receiving the email with the confirmation and invoice, I contacted them the day prior to the delivery. They then sent me the invoice to pay, but the price was incorrect...it did not reflect the discount. I contacted them and reminded them that this was my 2nd rental and that I was told I would receive a discount on the 2nd rental. He then told me "because of market conditions," we are not honoring any discounts. What a way to treat a returning customer. It's now very clear why it was so difficult to reserve the 2nd dumpster. They intentionally did not return my call, because they did not want to honor the discount. Additionally, they would not have sent me the invoice, if I didn't contact them again the day before. This company is very dishonorable and will increase their prices whenever they feel like it. I then contacted Sourgum Waste. It was seamless. I was able to get a dumpster the next day for less. read more

Worst customer service ever! Went back and forth with emails requesting a quote and subsequently confirmed in an email that I would like to rent a dumpster for a particular date. Fredy then says the next day that I didn't confirm the rental and they already gave away the dumpster that was intended for me. What makes it worse is that now there's allegedly a waiting list. I emailed to confirm how long the waiting list was. To no surprise, Fredy stopped his replies. I then go to their website and lo and behold, the company's prices have increased overnight! This is unbelievable cause my emails clearly state that I wanted to rent the dumpster and confirmed via email. Fredy even sent me a document confirming the delivery date! HORRIBLE! These people are thieves and don't know how to treat their customers. Save yourself the headache and go with another company. read more
