(I got about 10 quotes that were mostly right around $200.) I was needing a cleaning quickly, and they were able to schedule me for first thing in the morning the following Monday. Their communication was great, and they showed up right on time! 2 people came to clean. My house. They cleaned the entire house (minus 2 bedrooms I asked them to skip) in only a few hours. They made my kitchen sinks and bathtubs sparkle like they were new. Overall, the cleaning was good! I found a few spots around the bathroom faucets that still had some of the white mineral build up from the Florida water, but I'm not even sure how to get that off myself. I'm happy with the service, and signed up to get another cleaning!

Let me say the first on-site quote was for $1015, which came down $400 (after a call to the office) so $615. then I asked about a mold exam. That was free, but the first quote was $600, that came down to $200 as the best price. I passed on the mold. I was done; too much price movement caused a lack of trust. I am glad my vents are cleaner, but next time, I think I will try another company that does "true pricing."
