I happened to meet Denise as she was closing up for open house on a house I was interested in seeing(but didnt have an appt). Long story short, we chose Denise as our Realtor and she is the best! We've screened numerous agents in CA (as well as Nevada as we have property there too) and we couldn't be happier that we met her. Denise is truly a gem! She is professional, personable, a reliable realtor and I just love her. We just purchased another property in Rancho with Denise as our agent that just closed on May 29, 2020. Again, she was such a pleasure to work with. She is on top of it all; I can always reach her day or night (email, text, phone), she is in constant communications with all parties making sure everything is moving along in a timely manner. Would I recommend her? that's a definite YES!

She was sending listings and asking more questions. She still took us seriously after I told her I didn't have savings or a down payment. Haha! She worked day and night to find a loan and property that would work for us. She's so good at her job that we only walked 3 properties. She understood perfectly what we were looking for. She definitely wasn't too shy or embarrassed to put in any offers we made, no matter how crazy they seemed. We did end up doing a cash out refinance on our primary home, and she helped us with that too! Because she is also a loan officer and is licensed in both, California and Arizona, we didn't need to find another person. Rita was very easy to work with and very easily accessible. She also found us contractors and inspectors and walked us through every single detail during this process. We will forever be grateful for that, because it is an overwhelming and scary process. We didn't know if we'd even qualify for a loan or refinance. We didn't know where to start. We were just feeling out what our options were. We weren't even sure how serious we were about all of it, But I'm glad she took us seriously. because we were funded and closed on our new property in 15 Days! I will only recommend Rita from now on.
