They did it all perfectly, and always with professionalism and courtesy. Frank, the business owner, was communicative and made it clear that our painting looking excellent was of great importance to him. All of the crew we interacted with were friendly, thoughtful, and courteous. After having them around for a week, we miss them now that they're gone. He did a spectacular job of repointing it and also repainted it with masonry/stucco paint. It looks brand new. He's personable, worked all day until about 8 pm when he finished up and blew off my roof and gutter guards, and also did some outside concrete step patching for me. Left the job spotless. I directed my request to local handymen and that same day, within an hour or so, Mr. V responded . Another local responded initially but otherwise, I didn't hear anything else. Mr. V and I exchanged info and I had an appointment for 3 days later. He called me close to the appointment because he was worried he'd be late but he really wasn't. Thank God he had a partner because I should have told him that the new bed is adjustable. They quietly and quickly started after I showed what I needed and they both were were fast, professional and respectful. They were just really nice people and I felt really comfortable having them in my space.. which for me is rare. Mr. V even took the time to go to his vehicle for a missing screw and he read the instructions and taught me about the bed himself. He paired the remote and finished up by removing trash and the old bed to where I indicated. It really was a great experience. I actually forgot to post this review. I got busy with the rest of my many tasks to get ready for my apt to be renovated. When I finish I'm going to place another service request, so watch out for it Sir!
