I had to replace my washing machine and I did shop around and Sonny's was the best price. They came out delivered the washer and I thought everything was OK. I signed off on the washer only! I went to the washing this morning, October 2 to find that my dryer had a major indentation on the top left and the top of the dryer was buckled and severely dented. I gave the installer a three step stepladder because he could not reach the hoses. However, that did not work so he put his knee on the top of my dryer! I did not see the damage till this morning because I had to have outpatient surgery shortly after they left and never gave it a second thought. He is denying that he did it and I'm pretty sure the outcome is not gonna be in my favor! Customer service is nonexistent! Buyer Beware. Price is not everything and if I had to choose, I would've gone with better customer service! I should say some customer service would've been better than no customer service! Sales people talk over you and are exceptionally rude! Katherine being on the top of the list for rudeness!

It was quite scratched up in the front, to make it look a whole lot better would have taken just a little spray paint. But their was dirt I had to wipe away from around the top. After a couple of washes it started to make alarming noise. After their delivery guy came out, a week after I called them, he only works for the store Mondays and Fridays. Then I had to wait the weekend for them to bring the replacement. I don't know when I will get the original back. When I tried to use that one it left the cloths soaking wet, as if the washer had no spin cycle, it took several cycles in the dryer to get the load dry. Not to mention the second washer is so loud I have to turn the TV up when I ran it. I forgot to say that for neither one did I get an instruction manual and had to figure all the operations out for myself. The 1st one was top of the line, neither are straight forward wash at different temps. Don't know if this is typical For Aaron's but the Dade City store has a lot to be desired so far in my opinion. The only thing nice is the delivery driver is a cut above average.

    DO NOT HIRE! My dryer was beeping when in use and when it…read morewas not in use. Peter came to my house on 12/11/25. He did a diagnostic and said a sensor was broken and would cost $335 to replace. I paid half of the invoice to order the sensor. He returned on 12/18 to replace the sensor. After he left we ran the dryer with one orange towel and after 5 minutes it started beeping again. It was after hours so we took a video and called in the morning on 12/19 to see if Peter could come back and repair the issue. I was told that someone would call me back. No one called me back so I called back again on the afternoon of 12/19. I spoke to Helen who told me that Peter said that I had over filled the dryer and needed to only load it half full. I told Helen there was only 1 orange towel in the video it was not over filled. She told me someone would call me back. No one did. On 12/22 I called and was told I needed to send a video. I had already sent a video to Solo on Friday. She told me someone would call me back. No one did so in the afternoon I called back again and was told someone would call me. Again no one called me back. On 12/23 in the morning I called and was told that first I needed to fix the issue with my vent. There is no issue with my vent it was recently cleaned and is in working order. When Peter came to do the diagnostic nothing was wrong with the vent. The issue was a sensor. I was connected to Vova who told me he would call Peter and call me back. He never did so about 4 hours later I called again. He told me that I would need to buy a new mother board and quoted me a price. I said with all due respect I will not be paying you more money to work on my dryer. If something was wrong with the mother board Peter should have found that when he came and did the diagnostic. I will not be paying more money for more parts and or labor. I asked if Peter could come back and repair the issue with the new sensor he placed. I was told that Peter would not be returning to trouble shoot the issue with the work he preformed. It seems to me that instead of admitting that the dryer was misdiagnosed by Peter, that the senor and replacement work done by Peter was bad that Solo wants to blame over filling the dryer, the vent and a mother board. The invoice claims they warrantee their work for 10 days but don't belive it. They won't warentee the work for even 24 hours. They avoid calling you back during that time period so you can not use the warrantee. I requested a refund of my money aside from the $49 service fee which was not refundable. Instead they refunded me only $195.30 which is substantially less than the $363.59 that I requested. More over as you can see from the invoice they nickel and dime you with fees. $10 fee to cover their marketing. 18% credit card processing fee. This company is NOT local to Salt Lake. They are based in Tampa FL so when you call the 801 number your talking to the Florida office. I can't in good conscience recommend anyone hire this company. Dishonest, poor quality, horrid customer service and attempt to get you to buy more parts and more work instead of admitting wrong doing, don't call back, don't email back... just don't. DONT HIRE THEM!
