At that time the assured me that they would come for the scheduled days and send me pictures or updates regarding my cats. When I left home on Friday I left out 2 bowls of water and 4 dishes of food. Every day that I was away I received pictures and/or updates about my cats via text message. When I arrived home Monday evening (July 12th), both bowls of water only had water covering the bottom and the food was only covering the bottom of ALL 4 food dishes. I have left my cats alone for 2 days in the past, with no one coming into the home to check on them, with the same set up of food and water(2 water bowls and 4 dishes of food). After 2 days of the cats being alone in the past, all of the bowls would still be about 80% full when I returned home. That was not the case when I returned after 4 days away with people supposedly caring for my pets. There is no way that they were filling their food and water daily, like I had contacted for them to do. I was very disappointed, but decided to just pay my bill and move on. I recently requested my keys back and they informed me they would be sent back via certified mail and there was a $20 charge to mail them per our contract. The same contract that stated the cats would be cared for daily. Their audacity in asking for $20 to get my keys back is what prompted me to leave this rating. I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to warn others who care for their pets as much as I do, to BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE.

Occasionally I've worked from home in my downstairs office, and I hear them come in. Not only are they extremely kind and seem genuinely happy to be seeing your pet, but they give my dog some good exercise. I'll come upstairs after work to see my pup asleep and happy. I'll be using them for many more years as long as they keep providing good service! I recommend the walking service to working folks with pets who are home alone all day because it breaks the day up nicely for them.

I have short haired dogs that don't need much other than nail trims, but I appreciate that I can just stop by with them anytime and the staff knows them, and knows exactly how I like their nails to be done (clipped and Dremeled). I also have a pretty nervous breed and their regular groomer here has earned their complete trust and affection. We are in and out in 10 minutes for nails. Even more, until recently I was taking a very elderly dog I took in from a family member here for full grooming. She was blind and had dementia and needed someone to take a lot of care with her while she was at the groomer. Pampered Pet always did a very good job with her and I appreciated knowing that they were patient with her needs and didn't overwhelm her given her condition. She never came home appearing stressed which was a small miracle as she got toward the end of her life and I would take her with the primary goal of keeping her clean and hygienic. They do a good job here and genuinely care about the animals. I appreciate having them nearby.

They say every dog has to be interviewed and checked for aggression but obviously they do not care about other people's animals let alone a baby. Some girl named Hannah was messaging me back and forth and I told her how much of an inconvenience this is for my puppy and I, she threw the word back at me and said she was "sorry my puppies care has been an inconvenience to me and that's what happens when you buy a dog". I went in there to pick up the check for his vet bill and they are lucky i didn't demand to speak to the owner. So very unprofessional and I PRAY they take care of this issue.

What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up. Our cat sitter was Paulette and she was warm and wonderful to our two cats! She would send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.
