I'm so happy I found Taylor and her protégée, Cece! I originally came to Taylor interested in grey blending but felt hesitant about taking the plunge. She listened to what I wanted, worked with me to create a plan, and gave me the confidence to go for it. After several root touch-ups and a haircut, we did the full grey blending at my latest appointment, and I absolutely love the results! Cece has also done my root touch-ups and blowouts, and she and Taylor make a wonderful team. Every visit has been professional, welcoming, and personalized. Having tried several salons throughout Westchester, I can honestly say Taylor's combination of skill and personal attention is rare. I love both my haircut and my color, and I'm grateful to have found a team I trust. Highly recommend! read more

Last week, Cece and Taylor straightened my hair making my summer routine much more manageable. My hair looks great and I was able to wash my hair and let it air dry. It still looked good. I also had my hair washed and blow dried by Cece on another day. Once again, perfect. read more

Taylor is a fabulous hair stylist and does everything well - color, highlighting, cut, blowouts. My hair is thin but in her hands it becomes full and bouncy. Her assistant Cece Torricelli does a wonderful Glam Blowout that is great for special occasions. read more

Two weeks later, and my $160 curly haircut looks even worse. Taylor has no idea how to cut curly hair. She spent less than 15 minutes trimming my hair without paying attention to the structure of the curls My hair has no shape, just a frizzy mop. BEWARE!!!! Taylor just charges curly haircut prices. Don't pay attention to all the 5 star reviews. She offers discounts for 5 star reviews.!!!!! read more

Taylor is genuinely interested in your hair and how to make you look your best. She doesn't charge you for things you don't need and I always leave the salon thrilled with the results! read more

Can't say enough great things about my experience with Taylor, and I have course, older hair (I'm really up there in age so the texture gets weird when you get older). I love how well she listens--she can look at photos of what you want and then create magic to make it happen. And if you go home and it wasn't what you thought, she'll have you come back and she'll fix it--she cares THAT much. I love that it's just me and her in the salon during my appointments--I started having her do my hair during COVID and it was so much safer (reduced the risk of exposure) and she'll create a setting that works for you--music, air flow and everything. She genuinely cares about you being comfortable and happy. I like my hair really really blonde and it makes a lot of stylists uncomfortable to leave bleach on my hair for that long--but she does it anyway, because it's what makes me happy. In the past, I generally don't let the same person who colors my hair cut my hair as well (because in my experience, those are two very different skill sets and I have a soft, bouncy natural curl and most people don't know how to cut it correctly)--but Taylor does both amazingly (she has curly hair herself so she really understands it). She can also do a quick blow-out in between appointments--which has been great for special events or work dinners that I wanted to look extra fab for. Because I'm sensitive to the scent of all hair products, she allows me to bring my own, which I'm so grateful for. She gives you a really customized/ personalized experience and it's so worth it! read more

Taylor is a skilled hairdresser who has mastered the craft. I entered her salon asking for long layers and face framing, and she delivered on an amazing cut and style! I am thrilled with how my hair turned out and so excited to return. She's gracious with her knowledge, walking me through the best way to style my hair myself for the same results at home that I got at the salon! Personable, friendly, and open to any and all questions, I would highly recommend checking out Taylored Your Way! read more

I started going to Taylor about a year ago after I needed something different from my barber. I wanted to a style that he kept trying to give me and it wasn't coming out the right way. The first time I went to her, she hit the nail right on the head and transformed my hair! I loved it and kept going back to her every month since! read more

I've been getting my hair colored and cut by Taylor for the last year and a half, and she does a great job every time. She really takes the time to listen and consult me about what I'm looking to achieve, and has a great eye for color. I am super picky about my hair color, and have walked out of many salon appointments upset in the past, but that has never happened once with Taylor. I recommend her without hesitation!!!! read more

Taylor is THE best!!! Put your hair in the right hands with this woman!!! Stay Happy and Healthy everyone!!!

Taylor changed my life & honestly in a lot of ways she saved my life at a time I was so insecure, defeated & fed up with my appearance. My hair was never done in any way that made me feel even pretty let alone stunning and like a celebrity. I had gone to salons even in Hollywood like celebrity salons and they did NOTHINF EVEN CLOSE to the transformations Taylor has done for me--not just my hair but my self esteem and self confidence. I felt like me again after just the very first time I had Taylor as my stylist and colorist she changed my life! I felt like me again but THE REAL ME! Taylor has the ability to no just know what cuts, colors and styles are best for you--but she knows what will be ideal for you and make you feel like yourself again and the true beautiful amazingly confident person you truly are. I have never found anyone to be as patient, kind, thorough, understanding AND ALSO talented, professional, accurate and high quality top notch service and results. You could literally have your hair colored, cut and styled by Taylor and it will STILL be in PHENOMINAL SHAPE a MONTH LATER when you return for your next appointment. Sometimes Id be so sick & have to go over two months without seeing Taylor--but my hair color and cut grew out like I had just gone for a trim and the color stayed vibrant thar people would ask if I had just gone to the salon! I have never met anyone with the same or even close to the dedication, artistry, talent, care, intuition, professionalism, experience, education, patience and openness and willingness to truly provide each and every client with a unique professional salon experience that provides BETTER THAN CELEBRITY RESULTS. And this is coming from someone that had been worked on by the stylist that does Gwen Stefani's flawless platinums and red carpet hair for numerous performing artists. Taylor could easily throw them ALL out of business because she is not just a professional she is doing what she truly loves and is clearly extremely talented. I recommend Taylor to anyone ESPECIALLY anyone that feels like giving up on salons and their hair. Don't lose hope. You need a Taylor Rae to brighten your day (and your whole life!) read more

I saw Taylor to get a glaze to help reduce the brassiness of my hair coloring and a keratin treatment. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations for products and how to care for my hair without being pushy. It is clear that she knows what she's doing and most importantly, has a lot of passion. I left feeling confident in my appearance and was so happy with the results. I highly recommend giving Taylor a try if you're looking for an experienced, passionate, and friendly hair stylist- you won't regret it! read more

The only person I trust to touch my hair when I'm in NY. I can attest to the fact that she has studied and grown her craft over the years, which is one of the reasons why she truly is so talented. She knows her stuff! It is so much more than a profession to her - it is a passion, and she infuses that into every client of hers. Just try her once, and I can guarantee that you won't regret it ;) read more

My daughters and I have been loyal clients of Taylor for 8 years now... traveling up from the city so she can work her magic. Taylor also tells us the secrets to keeping our hair looking beautiful in between appointments! We highly recommend her! read more

Taylor has been doing my hair - color and cut - for more than 10 years, and I would never go to anyone else! She is a true artist with hair design. (My friends all agree that I get great haircuts!) She gives such a good cut that my hair even looked great when one day at home I didn't have time to style it - the hair just fell into place on its own!
