Let me be clear about this review. My opinion is in no way directed at the actual Medical Professional Staff [i.e. doctors + trained medical technicians] , They are delightful, caring, knowledgeable, and wonderful to be around and did performed therapy for almost 8 months straight. They get the 5-Star rating.
However, the office personal are nincompoops. This appraisal is also an opinion shared by others who refuse to get treatment there as well, due to their screw ups.
If the schedulers were professionals who had the presence of mind to do their job, i.e., give proper information over the phone while setting up appointments, their patients would spend less time on wasted hours and costly planned travel and other hardships.
In my opinion the office staff reduces the overall quality of this facility and reflects badly on those who hired them. read more
