Before they even took it to the shop for repairs, Mike listened to it run and asked a me few questions and said let's take off the seat. Within 2 minutes he found the issue to be broken wires in a wire harness! They made all the repairs, full maintenance plus I had them replace all 4 axles. It runs like a champ now. While I was there, I started looking at new ATV's because my old 2001 had died (so I thought) the day before. I kicked a few tires and asked the saleswomen(both of them) tons of questions and they had the answers to everything....technical, specs, performance, cost, etc... So, I went ahead a bought one. When I went in to take delivery of the ATV, they had it on the showroom floor detailing it immaculately. They then proceeded to give me a detailed informative run down of the ATV. All in all, nothing but a great experience @ Rosedale Motorsports!

In addition, all the exterior marker lights as well as the taillights were destroyed by the storm. Despite having a full service roster, they were able to squeeze me in, on short notice, thereby saving my seasons elk hunt. Now I know they can't always do this, and most places would not even try. They didn't have to take on this last minute rush job but they did. They even made time to do extra necessary repairs. This is my second exceptional experience with Myers RV Center. Last year they replaced my wheel bearings and brakes. They are professional, trustworthy and do immaculate work. They even vacuumed the debris from inside the trailer, which they totally weren't required to do. I am so grateful to Myers for taking such good care of my camper. And by the way, my rig is an older model. It's not all shiny and new but they treated me like a valued customer just the same. Myers, you have an amazing team and a work ethic that is so rare. I highly recommend Myers RVCenter for all your camper needs. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and they do excellent work. Your team rocks! The communication was flawless. Repairs completed faster than expected. I am an older single woman, and my experience was flawless. I definitely expressed I was more concerned with functionality over making it look pretty, but guess what? I got both. Definitely breathed new life into my camper and preserved it for years to come. My sincere thanks to all involved. Thanks for recommending having the roof resealed. I feel so much better knowing the work was done correctly. And everything stayed dry as a bone during these last couple of storms! Your extra touches did not go unnoticed! Best Regards, Mikki Avis

I made a phone call to him to diagnose and repair a serious electrical issue caused by an electrical storm that knocked out all power to my RV. He was transparent about his schedule and cost. He came as quickly as possible to help me get my power back on Keeping me posted on his ETA . Within two hours he had completed not only the diagnostic part of the appointment, but also fixed the issue. I am so pleased with his work ethic and the results that I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his type of services. Due to his extensive experience, not only working at RV shops, but also with his own personal experience, I believe that he's capable of diagnosing and repairing almost any type of RV problem. I rate him a full five stars.

En Route RV Repair saved my future camping trips! I took the time to watch online videos about how…read moreto fix the essential piece of hardware (the bed bow) on my pop up and went so far as to purchase the necessary hardware to fix the bed bow from Coleman. I watched a few more helpful repair videos from Coleman and when they showed which tools were necessary for the repair of this bed bow, I realized I had two problems - . I didn't have the budget for the tools necessary to make said repairs, the space, and the time. I consulted Yelp for RV repair. There were several factors that lead me to choose Robert Schmid at En Route RV repair 1. He is by far the cheapest mobile RV repair businesses 2. He answered me first 3. He answered all my questions. 4. He asked great questions 5. He was receptive to me sending him the Coleman videos for reference 6. The other businesses I reached out to, were unavailable and referred me elsewhere or got back to me a few days later 7. I set up an appointment on a Saturday for Robert to come out to me on Monday (he does offer weekend repair, but it's more expensive and with my situation, I could wait) Monday came around and Robert showed up exactly when he said he would. He was accompanied by his daughter/assistant, Baylee, who was super helpful and a great conversationalist. Robert and I talked about the exact problem, he had the correct tools to get the job done, and he used the repair part I purchased from Coleman. Robert also let me observe his process (fixing things always interests me) and I learned a few things about my pop up in the process. Robert also made sure the functioning of the bed bow was correct after he made the repair. Because his price includes an hour of work, and the fix he did for me, was less than 60 minutes, he also talked to me about a few other details re: other repairs and maintenance about my pop-up that I was concerned about. Now, I have a plan of action for the other bits and pieces I need to manage re: using my pop-up. After Robert's visit/repair/consultation, I feel more confident about taking care of my pop-up in general and I was super satisfied with the repair that Robert made by the time he finished. His work is careful, attentive and smart. Robert also informed me that if I am out of town and run into trouble with my pop-up, he will travel. It may cost more due to distance, but sometimes that doesn't matter if you really need help. I highly recommend En Route RV Repair. The value is there, the workmanship is there and the punctuality is there, too. Robert has a history of working at local RV maintenance/repair businesses in Albuquerque and when he started his own business, he took the initiative to get further training. That experience and training was evident in my experience working with Robert

Stopped on I-40 shoulder, Friday afternoon 3:30pm and googled/contacted Cummins Sales & Service of Albuquerque asking to speak with a tech if possible. Was immediately connected to 'Mike' (actually ultimately spoke with two different Mike's' over 2 calls) who both carefully explained various possibilities but without knowing the system codes(s) generating the Alert couldn't provide definitive solutions and recommended we drive (limp my word) to their facility Monday for 12 noon appointment. After a slow journey on old Route 66 and arriving at Cummins I met with Service Coordinator 'Tanner', very possibly the most kind, calm, knowledgeable and detailed Service individual I've ever experienced in my 80 years. After explaining the codes obtained from the MH he explained the problem and recommendations for correction, including estimated costs. I approved the work to be performed which ultimately would take one to two days depending on part availability. They allow us to remain in our MH overnight in their secured lot with electricity. Tanner was successful in locating and obtaining the part from another Cummins Service Center that afternoon and had it the next in Albuquerque. Tanner kept me informed along the way regarding both parts and service progress and never minded an interruption if I had an inquiry either. The bad part was replaced along with having another service I requested completed and we left the facility at 5:00pm Tuesday afternoon. WOW WOW WOW Although life's hiccups don't always go as smoothly as my encounter with Cummins in Albuquerque I must shout.......... MY EXPERIENCE WITH CUMMINS, TANNER, MIKE and TECHNICIAN STAFF ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT BEEN BETTER...PERIOD!!! THANK YOU
