Her primary care physician recommended that she can use insults to help her with her feet discomfort. The sales representative Alek all assisted us and actually listened to my mom. The shoes required and got the insoles that she needed for everything use. I was able to make this appointment ahead of time online via their website or their mobile app. The cost was fair for the area. The store was clean inside and also.

I also like to volunteer my time for their runs and they usually have a end of the year party for the volunteers which is great. When I went to go pick up my dress the week of the wedding, the cups had been moved even higher and had padding in them. I had to take those out myself and put the dress back together. The day of the wedding the zipper didn't even want to zip plus during my photos before my ceremony. The center of the zipper broke and I had to hold my dress together with safety pins. Save your money and go to another alteration shop! I would given this place zero stair if I could.

That was way more than I expected, for things that I would think, as a lay person, are very simple. He asked me when I wanted to get scheduled for my first fitting, and I told him that I'm still getting quotes and I'll call to schedule if I decide to go with him. He then said, "well I wish you told me that before I put the pins in. The fitting will be $30 today." I thought, well I wish you told me that on the phone.... I think CK probably excels for those who need extensive alterations, but I definitely had sticker shock for my satin-only dress. I would have also appreciated knowing about the fitting fee when we talked on the phone. I give 2 stars because he was professional and the workspace looks nice.

When I went for a walk, I found this place on my route and thought maybe I could get a new chain for the necklace, since it was turning my neck green after workouts. When I walked in, there was Chris. I talked to him about my necklace and the problem I was having with it. I was originally going to pay more than I could afford for the replacement chain for this necklace, but then he showed me a more affordable one that not only matched the pendant but was also sweat- and waterproof. I made the payment and placed the order. When it arrived, he put it on the necklace, and it looked so good. I think my grandpa would be proud of it, and I have Chris to thank for that.

I brought my Schwinn bicycle in for a brake adjustment. The tech who did my adjustment suggested I get a tune up & went through the details to explain why, but there was no pressure to have it done right there & then. On my way out, they offered me water (I probably looked like it was obvious that I'd ridden my bike to their shop in the August heat). When I went to leave, I mounted my bike outside the shop & realized the seat had been raised too high for me. I was not strong enough to pull out the adjuster to reset it myself, so I rolled it back inside & one of the employees happily reset it for me. He wasn't annoyed that it took 3-4 times to get it just right (i.e. back to the height I had it before). My parents & grandparents are/were loyal, long time Steven's Bicycles customers who were always satisfied with their products & work. It's nice to know their reputation has not changed, even with the new Clovis location.
