The seller requested that we have a real estate attorney do the legal part so they know it is done properly. I looked up several and called a few. I choose Mr. Neill because of two reasons, 1. He was close to where I lived and 2. He was a cash (check) only attorney. He doesn't deal with bank loans and so on so this worked for us. He had no reviews online or Yelp so I was venturing out and I'm glad I did. I had recently set up to have the land surveyed and stopped in without an appointment to speak to Mr. Neill. He informed me of what to do next and what needed to be accomplished before he really became involved. It was most helpful and I am grateful he took the time to help me. A couple weeks later, I stopped in again to find out there was a couple steps and when those were complete he could set up appointments for the closings.
