They charged us 10000 as a security deposit then wanted to send us a monthly bill and did nothing good for us, I paid this for my future wife to help her with her kids because her baby daddy beat her in front of the kids. They put in the paper work the I couldn't see the kids and didn't explain to my fiancé that she could fight for this not to be in the order, we fired them and then they charged us another 400$ and this was weeks ago and have not returned our deposit. Beware of this law group they are greedy and they prolong everything so they can drain your deposit please find someone that fights for you. This is what a lawyer should do not steal from their clients! They messaged us right after I put a review on their google profile and tried to intimidate my fiancé into believing that she wouldn't be able to hire another lawyer bc of the review I posted. also said that I was a hott head, kind of funny they respond when their names on the line immediatel, but after the poor performance in court we couldn't get a meeting or a phone call. These people need to be better to their clients if they would have tried harder to keep us we would have stayed, but they don't try they just wanted to bleed us dry for as much as they could. Please don't fall victim to this law firm this is not how you should be representing people I pray you guys do better but yall really caused us more problems the. We had before financiallay. just to try to drag things out so you could take what ever u could from us! very poor customer service!

I chose them because I knew they knew their job from the first interview with attorneys Mengert and Woodruff! They are straightforward, play no games, and are experienced and strong. I don't want to put the details of my case here, but they were able to knock out my opposing counsel in the first place--so efficient! Communication is extremely important to me, and I have to mention that Cheri is the most amazing paralegal you could ever want! She's super communicative, even during her daughter's wedding, off-time, and weekends. My case is still ongoing, and without a doubt, I will go back to them if I need them in NC!

I researched Estate Planning for my area and The Elder Law Firm in Greensboro NC came up in my…read moresearch. I signed up 5 years ago to receive emails for estate planning and elder care. The emails were very informative and helped with my research. A week ago, I attended a Zoom meeting that Dennis provided about Dementia and the different care options, how to navigate the Medicare/Medicaid process and how to pay for the different options. After the meeting, I called and received a free discovery call which determined if Dennis and his Elder Law Firm could help me. I also received a free Strategy Session via phone with Dennis, which lasted about 30 minutes. He was very cordial and listened with concern. I strongly suggest contacting Dennis and his office in order to preplan before your situation is too late. I feel like they could help a lot with estate planning and elder care as long as it is done long before nursing/assisted care is needed.

I was promised that my 50B had no merit, my pending parental coordinator case would be dismissed because there were no LEGAL grounds to support this. None of my cases even came close to the elements of any law. He never kept me informed of my court dates, never tried to resolve any issues outside of court. I had to keep track of all that. I never even had a pre hearing meeting with him. At court, he told me that he didn't know the outcome would be. And on top of that, He said that the request for parental coordinator may go through too. I walked into the court, sat down and it all began..A nightmare. The judge walked in stating that no one messes with my.... referring to my ex. He continues to say on the stand before any hearing that he already found PC. Mr Roupas never stood up, asked for another judge based on his bias and just sat there letting my ship sink. Dont seek this mans help!!!!
