A week ago, I attended a Zoom meeting that Dennis provided about Dementia and the different care options, how to navigate the Medicare/Medicaid process and how to pay for the different options. After the meeting, I called and received a free discovery call which determined if Dennis and his Elder Law Firm could help me. I also received a free Strategy Session via phone with Dennis, which lasted about 30 minutes. He was very cordial and listened with concern. I strongly suggest contacting Dennis and his office in order to preplan before your situation is too late. I feel like they could help a lot with estate planning and elder care as long as it is done long before nursing/assisted care is needed.

The seller requested that we have a real estate attorney do the legal part so they know it is done properly. I looked up several and called a few. I choose Mr. Neill because of two reasons, 1. He was close to where I lived and 2. He was a cash (check) only attorney. He doesn't deal with bank loans and so on so this worked for us. He had no reviews online or Yelp so I was venturing out and I'm glad I did. I had recently set up to have the land surveyed and stopped in without an appointment to speak to Mr. Neill. He informed me of what to do next and what needed to be accomplished before he really became involved. It was most helpful and I am grateful he took the time to help me. A couple weeks later, I stopped in again to find out there was a couple steps and when those were complete he could set up appointments for the closings. When it was completed, I reached back out to Mr. Neill and it wasn't convenient timing for him, he set up appointments for us around our schedules and we got the closing done. I was promised that my 50B had no merit, my pending parental coordinator case would be dismissed because there were no LEGAL grounds to support this. None of my cases even came close to the elements of any law. He never kept me informed of my court dates, never tried to resolve any issues outside of court. I had to keep track of all that. I never even had a pre hearing meeting with him. At court, he told me that he didn't know the outcome would be. And on top of that, He said that the request for parental coordinator may go through too. I walked into the court, sat down and it all began..A nightmare. The judge walked in stating that no one messes with my.... referring to my ex. He continues to say on the stand before any hearing that he already found PC. I was accosted by her in the courthouse recently when trying to obtain a copy of my divorce decree. She overheard me giving them the necessary information to get my records and she very aggressively approached me. First, she very unprofessionally yelled at me across the room in front of many people asking what my name is and I tried to ignore her. I did not know at first who she was. She was very persistent and wouldn't leave me alone. She said she is Bonnie Rossi and I told her she was my attorney and handled my divorce. She said she needed me before even asking my name so that was extremely confusing. She came up to me and almost grabbed me and I had to stop her by stepping back and she asked me again what my name is. I told her I would be happy to tell her after I was done with my business. She startled my Dad as the way she approached me, he thought I had done something to hurt her. She waited the entire time. I was unable to talk to her and she said she needed me. She said she would call me and never did so I still don't know what is going on. All she told me is she had something going on that she needed me, but that was before my name was revealed. After leaving the courthouse I made a statement to my Dad that she is in the wrong field if she thinks her name would never be mentioned in a courthouse. The way she aggressively approached me, caused me to go home and cry for hours as I now suffer from extreme recent trauma and cognitive issues as I tried to explain to her at the courthouse. AVOID HER SERVICES AT ALL COSTS!!! This experience was not worth what I just went through....
