So disappointed in this company. They were a no show, no call advising they were running late, nothing. When I called them asking where they were, was told they had decided to take another job ahead of mine. My job was small. According to their actions, I guess my time or my job didn't matter to them. That was also reflected in the office managers attitude on the phone. read more

Very disappointed in the work. Not satisfied with the insulation job. They insulated my newly built home. This winter was very cold. I noticed frost (like the kind that builds up in the freezer) and actual ice on the insides of my windows and by the doors. I could even feel cold air blowing in one door. Upon further investigation with a flashlight, I checked around each window and door in my home. There were 3 windows and 1 door that had ZERO insulation at all. The other windows you could see a big chunk of insulation here and there, but there were big gaps or nothing at all. A lot of them had the tops and some of the sides done. Then the bottom had tiny pieces here and there. My bathroom temperature was 42 degrees in the last cold snap. That window has ZERO insulation. All my liquid cleaning products in the closet were actually turned into icy slush. Our builder said we were going to get an awesome job because the son was working. Thank goodness our builder noticed a big piece of insulation just laying in the basement. It was a giant piece for insulating that bathroom. Luckily our builder put in or it probably would have frozen the pipes. I have 1 only nice thing I can say, its not even about the company, its about a worker. The man Joel was very nice and courteous. Still they only had one job to do and it was done terribly. read more
