Used Johnson Brothers in April 2016 to construct a fence for our dogs in the backyard. We went…read morewith a 4 rail horse style fence with 2x4 welded wire mesh along with three gates located at different locations. The fence turned out fantastic!! The rails are all as straight and inline, practically perfectly, it really looks great, very impressed. We had three contractors quote us on this fence, and Johnson Brothers came in best for us. Definitely glad we decided on them, the work met all our expectations, and they showed up when they said, and finished quicker than I expected.

Don't waste your money on upgraded paint, Haddix tells his painters to only apply one coat and the paint is WATERED down we have the proof but Haddix refused to acknowledge. Back patio sunk as well as porch roof fell 2 inches because they do not put piers under the columns that hold the roof up we had to hire a professional to fix it ourselves because they would not take responsibility. Doorways not installed correctly, plumbing issues the list goes on. Paul Haddix showed up late to our closing looking disheveled, refused to look at us then refused to sign the 60 item punch list, claimed he had never seen it before? This company is horrible, Kentucky deserves better!!

The home warranty is like trying to pull teeth to get them to fix items and the punch list took over 2 years to finally complete. I honestly think part of their business model is to push you off, not return calls or do the warranty work that you should have until you get aggravated and just do it yourself. There's much more to say but if you need more than that I'll never change your mind anyway.
