Update: When a builder in Kentucky fails to follow through with a warranty, you can file a formal complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
Beware of this company and do your research!!!!!!!
The homes are not high quality for the price point you pay. Also, we did our walk through and at closing none of it had been completed. It took months to get the shower completed because apparently the original company no longer wanted to work with Haddix. So while we waited for them to find another company, we had no shower. They said there would be a deep clean but there someone who wiped things down last minute. I pointed out some items and Dave who did the walk through along with the two sons, who are the realtors , of the office manager said here are paint pens you can do those. There is no customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Make sure to videotape the walk-through make sure to record any conversations that you have with these people because they do not follow through. Dawn responded to my review on Google with excuses.
They are trying to get out of doing the warranties that were submitted on time. our year was February 2026 and 7 months later we are still getting the run around. They make excuses for everything and the person we've been dealing with keeps putting off, putting off, and putting off, not professional and in breech of contract. We have been very patient, we just want fixed what we submitted like they asked! I think anyone who has not had their warranty list fixed maybe needs to get together a class action lawsuit. I am tired of messing with these companies who promises and then don't follow through. This is a horrible company and if you have other options, I would not go with them. Their homes are low quality, even if they call them custom they are not use labor that is not qualified to build homes. read more
