After about 30 minutes, during which I figured they were just setting up their tree rigging, I was surprised to find that they had almost finished trimming one of the trees, just using hand tools. They took everything down so that we could see much better sunlight in the area where the panels will go, stacked up the cuttings neatly, right where I had requested and we're done quickly and quietly. An excellent job and the quietest tree work we've ever had. Thank you.

I called Backyard Monkey and they came up to take a look and gave me an estimate. The day was scheduled and I got a phone call saying that they arrived. I didn't even need to be there! The TEAM did such a professional job, cleaned up after themselves and left me with a nice pile of woodchips in my yard - as requested. Equipment tracks were at a minimal. Use caution as they say they have or can get or do and then back out. Sad to relay this message but true experience. Realize it is hard to find staff which makes committing to a schedule difficult, but dragging a customer on was not a good approach. I'm a positive reviewer type, want to help out local businesses over WalMart. Hard to write this but feel others should go in aware in the hope they have a better experience. The nursery has limited hours, not necessarily the hours posted. Went by several times when they were supposed to be open but were closed.
