They had some extra charges like shop supplies,$1.55 and another one Haz Matt at $1.55 Totaled $3.10 no where on there sign or hanging in the shop was this extra charge posted. Then they charged me $2.15 for additional oil. Now knowing that most if not all cars use a little more than 5 quarts if you fill the oil filter up with oil prior to installing it. But they pull you in with the $59.99 price. So the real quoted price should have been $65.19 + tax of 6.06 totaling $71.29 instead of $59.99 + tax 9.75% $$5.85 total $65.84 instead of $71.29. Underhanded tactics to raise the actual price that you get shocked with at the end of $5.25. + .21 extra tax. So $5.46 difference in the bill. I protested it and she just laughed at me. You should be informed of all extra charges if any before you agree to let them work in your car. Except Tsx we all expect to pay that one. As far as I'm concerned a man who operated his own business for 29 yrs. This is underhanded and crooked. I couldn't have ever imagined doing a job for someone and at the end. Saying the contract or advertised price went up because of some obscure charges I didn't inform you about at the beginning. The man named "guy" changed her oil and didn't "hear " her when she said she had a tire so he put on one of there's and then proceeded to try and charge her $170 for a tire. She told him again she had a tire and just wanted them to put it on and to take there's back off he told her to return Walmarts tire and keeps the one he put on.. well long story short he gets smart with her,and has a horrible attitude, makes MY 6 MONTH PREGNANT SISTER get the tire out of the truck herself. There were no customers whatsoever, I had a slow leak and the manager told me that's fine and dandy, but they take their last customer at 4:30, it was 440!! He said that I could come back in the morning, I have a farm there and was just passing through, luckily, I made it home without having to change a tire on the road!
