Cwraps was the best to work with. From their quoting system, scheduling 2 week review…read more Their PPF film is amongst the best in the industry and because they are a nationally-based firm,if I ever have a problem (doubt I ever will...) it can be fixed anywhere.

Edit: 3/5/26 I never asked for the wrap to be removed for free. You offered to remove it for $75 an hour but still stated that it may go over the 15 hour window. I never once stated that I wasn't willing to pay. Y'all can save your lies. As far as what was stated to me initially, PARIS specifically stated that it would last 3-5 years. Take accountability for the f'ed up job and do better as a veteran owned business. 3/4/26 Less than 2 years old but they won't take accountability for the mediocre work. I was literally told today that "It's the suns fault" that the wrap is ripping by one of their employees. Lol what? So the indirect sunlight in the sky is hitting the car in that particular angle causing the wrap to rip in this spot but no other spots? Yeah ok. Not the fact the it was ripped when you guys removed the PPF and no one bothered to fix it or mention it? When I originally got my wrap done in 2024 there were multiple areas that needed to be redone because it was done poorly the first time. I was told the wrap would last 3-5 years which is why I chose this particular wrap but now I'm being told this particular wrap only last 1.5- 2 years. Now they're wanting to charge an arm and a leg to have the wrap removed for work that was completed incorrectly. I guess if you don't have a "fancy" looking car then your car will be the test dummy.

Very bad experience. I stopped by to get and estimate and agreed to have them repair my vehicle…read more(minor damage to rear bumper, tail gate and right rear quarter panel). When I came to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that the plastic cover on top of the rear bumper had not been replace and was just attached with a plastic wire tie (which was the condition when I dropped the vehicle off). When I asked why that was not replace, I was asked if it was on the estimate. Not knowing that I needed to tell them it needed to be replaced, I assumed it was included in the estimate,. As our conversation continued, I agreed to have them order the part. At that time, I was met, by an older gentleman (not sure if he was the owner or who), with a really bad attitude stating that I should have reviewed the estimate and saw that it was not included and that they would not order the part. They told me that I should have requested they replace the part. He refused to complete the job, even though I was willing to pay for the additional part which should have been part of the estimate. He said, we are done. We will not order the part. You need to pay us and go to the dealership to order the part and handle yourself. During all my years on this earth, I have never been treated this way by anyone, anywhere. He tried to make it my fault that I did not request the broken piece to be replaced even though my request was to fix the damage. I will never give this company anymore business and will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the very bad attitude and unprofessional service they will encounter at Richardson's Body Shop.

All I wanted was to find out if it was fixable, I had a picture of the broken part. The girl said we don't give estimates off of pictures. I mentioned, didn't want an estimate just wanted to see if it was fixable. Seems it was too much trouble for the heavy set guy behind the desk to come and take a look and give his opinion. If I had read Dustin's review first I would not have gone.
