Bharti asked me to call back 2 weeks later for an appointment to prepare my taxes for the first time. I called as requested and Bharti scheduled me for Saturday, 2/22/25 @ 10:30 am. She said she is too busy during the week with her corporate clients taxes. Today, 2/22 I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment arriving at 10:17 to insure time to fill out profile papers for her staff in advance of my appointment with Bharti. I arrived at her office door, knocked and the door was locked? I waited till 10:20 am and than called her office to get voicemail and left a message that I was in the hallway. At 10:30 am I looked out the 2nd floor hallway window thinking she may be running late and I'd see her pull into the driveway. I finally called her leaving a 2nd voicemail telling her no one is here and I am now leaving since no one has returned my call or arrived. I left and called once more at 10:40 am to get no answer. Upon arriving home I called one last time at 11:17 and left a voicemail asking for a callback. It is now 4:13 pm and no return call of any sort. Don't waste your time with this very unprofessional CPA. I niw figure all the positive reviews are from relatives or friends and not real clients. Again, do not waste your time with this one!!!
