We've been waiting for over an hour at the central taxi waiting point in cochem near the church . Called the taxi company 004926718080 numeral times where it was first five minutes then no longer than 10 minutes then they said 20 min. Let's be realistic, if you are honest to ur customers on waiting times I wouldn't have a problem with waiting an hour. But if it's raining and I'm getting soaked with two elderly parents, I feel I have the right to complain. My advice, take ur own car and be independent!! read more

Considering the fact that this is the only Taxi Company in Cochem, Germany, why would I even bother writing this review? Well I'm no crazy person. I had my grandparents traveling with me and they are not as mobile as they used to be, yet they still want to see the world. We needed to go from the hotel to over the bridge for a cruise we were taking. I had the Front Desk Man at our hotel reserve a cab. Before I get to the real experience, I would like to add the fact that there are about three to four cabs in this whole town, so making a reservation is something I would recommend you consider. I wanted to walk, so I didn't take the cab. The cab driver was nice enough to offer taking my whole group's suitcases across the bridge with my grandparents. He was nice enough to even let us get a head start and packed our suitcases in the car for us. When we got to our destination, our suitcases were taken out for us and my grandparents couldn't rave enough about how pleasant the driver was and how nice the cab was. Let me tell you, happy grandparents couldn't be better and I thank the driver for the great experience he gave them! I would definitely recommend this cab company to those considering it.
