Deborah and I spoke the first time, and she educated me on what deductions were allowed. I am so happy I called her, because I had made some mistakes, and she ended up doing my taxes for me. She spend the necessary time to learn about what you do at your job, and the various write off's you can use. She was very professional from start to finish. She doesnt rush you off the phone, and only care about money like most do. She ended up saving me an extra 300.00 off what I owe the IRS. Its never fun when you have to pay, but she made the ordeal so much easier for me. Super reasonable price wise, too. If you want a caring tax professional call Deborah, do not hesitate!

Unfortunately, TurboTax's summary of our filing did not help us identify the issue. This year, we decided to hire a CPA, which is how we found Monica. Within a week, Monica reviewed our information, filed our taxes, and pinpointed the issue that had caused the confusion. Thank you, Monica--we look forward to working with you in the future!

Marlene set up my LLC back in 2021 and a few months after it was set up, I moved and had requested…read morefor her to update my new address. Her and Jessica did my taxes and bookkeeping for that year until 2022 and a few months of 2023 until I stopped my bookkeeping bc they were charging me $575/mo when in reality, Jessica would collect all my statements at the end of the year. She did this both in 2021 and 2022... realizing I was basically paying over 6k in "services" that were mainly handled at the end of the year. I didn't question it at first bc I was grateful they helped me set up my LLC and helped with getting a PPP loan. However the funds were already ran out by 2022 which is the year that I was continuing to be charged for not even having a payroll. So I canceled that service in March 2023. At the same time made a connection with a client who not only does tax preparation but has experience in business valuation for startups. Which he also was shocked at what I was paying and said I was being screwed by these two women. The worse thing is last year when I was doing my LLC paperwork, I found out my address was never changed. I had moved a SECOND time and asked Fannie to please update my address which she even had the nerve to charge $20 for. I sent her the payment thinking it would be handled and now my LLC is suspended bc I had to go to the FTB in person to find out what happened. FTB informed me that they had been mailing me letters (to the original address) that I haven't lived in for now over 4 years! And Fannie NEVER UPDATED MY ADDRESS EVEN AFTER I ASKED HER AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME AND PAID HER TO DO SO. Now I'm stuck with penalties from HER MISTAKE. To make matters WORSE, she's instructed her staff to "not service me bc I'm not a paying client" and I have screenshots of all this. Her Yelp reviews also show her lack of integrity and questionable behavior and services. Including her B- rating on BBB. She should be accountable for her actions. To top this off, she is part of a "leadership community" built off integrity and responsibility and you can see this clearly lacks here.
