I would like to say that up until yesterday, I will not take my business to this company ever again. When you try to support your own, it seems that the customer service in return is not received. I don't like this but, it's nothing personal, it's business. I allowed Tax Plus Etc to perform my taxes in 2016 and just like a loyal customer, I paid them for the services they provided. The only problem I have with them would be is that the company never provided me with my Tax Return when my taxes were done, they specified to me after they finish them, I would receive them electronically. I needed my Return for some business by a deadline as I stated to them when I called their office. I was told by the nice young lady that Mr. Foreman would call me back starting Wednesday. I started calling their office on Wednesday @2:03pm, another call @ 3:55pm & still no return call from Mr. Foreman by ending of the day. Started calling their office again on Thursday morning @ 11:40 only because Mr. Foreman had not returned my call yet, I was told again that he has received all messages but, was super busy & that he would get back to me. At 2:47pm, no call yet from him, I was super frustrated and felt that this was not professional at all when I came to your office and brought my business to u & was charged $510.00, you should have at least had the respect to handle this small matter. I only needed a copy of my return, he wanted to charge me $10.00 for a return I never got a copy of, that was my argument. Still today and it's Friday, I have not received a call from his office or himself. I had to call the IRS to discuss this matter with them & they resolved my issue. I'm not here to slander, I just want people to know what I paid for in regards to Services and the Customer Service I received behind this, I surely would not recommend this business to anyone, it's really a shame how we treat our own people that support you the most, without us it would not be a Tax Plus Etc. read more
