She wasn't willing to encroach on the following client's time (which impressed me), but very graciously worked me in during development times. I've been pleased with the initial cut & style as well as suggestions she gave me. The cut was obviously done right based on how easily I was able to reproduce the style at home. So as I walk in and see a barber cutting a kids hair and no one else in the shop I got a lil worried. Then came from the back and was not what I expected compared to boujee shops I've been to lately. I asked her if she could cut dry and she assured me she could. I showed her photos and she immediately said she understood the assignment. I was already in the chair and I just closed my eyes and began to pray. Can you imagine my surprise when I opened my eyes and the excess hair was gone, my hair had movement, and it was so stinking cute!!!! the best part is the haircut was 25 bucks!!!! They have a loyalty rewards program so you get a stamp everytime you go and then a free cut. I have found my diamond in the rough, yen is my new bff and I will continue to see her. I visited this location 2 days ago. The last 3 visits were the worst ever. Had been coming here for…read more7 years. On SEVERAL occasions Francis would be late to my appointments, either her kids or her mother. I could not make one of my appointments Frances charged $45 on top of the $85 dollar service fee. I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out. Im only leaving this comment because a previous comment was spot on with Frances unprofessional behavior and attitude. Would not recommend Frances for any service offered at this location.
