A wonderful, casual restaurant on a quiet street on the edge of the town center. The restaurant, though casual, is uncompromising in the quality of every dish before it leaves the kitchen. Local produce is used when possible and the great traditions of Piedmontese cuisine are honored, yet subtly updated. A tasting menu is available and allows each person to select dishes that most appeals. On our most recent visit we enjoyed the local chicken, baccala with cream and leeks, Ulster, atraditional soup/stew finished in an earthenware pot in the oven (very traditionaland several other dishes which were all beautifully prepared and presented. read more

I don't speak Italian well but the staff were very polite and accommodated me. And I am so thankful to experience this because I have not found a pizza in America that can compete with what Pizzeria Donna Tina served me that night. I was expecting fresh ingredients given this area and the pizza exceeded all expectations. I felt like an animal eating it, because the flavor was unlike anything I've ever had before. Thank you, for opening my eyes to what pizza can really be.
