The special was a grilled cheese and meatloaf sandwich (with a side of their special pineapple coleslaw) The sand- wich was large was toasted to perfection. It even had pickles on it. It was different and seriously delicious!! My daughter-in-law had the mac 'n cheese with chicken strips. It looked amazing. The portion was so big, she had to take half of it home. The salads are huge and one of those will be my next choice. This bar as been around for years. (the owners retired) There is live music often and there are two area with tables, one in the primary bar room and another where the band would be. There are also booths along the back wall. The bar was clean and the new owner, Caleb, was very friendly. I bet people don't think of George's as a lunch or dinner destination, but I highly recommend it.

Lots of live music, and the joint really does get jumping! It has everything a music venue needs. The area around the stage area is expansive. The other feature, is a bar area off to the side, so if you need a break from loud rock and roll (but who needs a break from that!) to chat with your friends, there it is. Friendly bartenders, great drink specials, nice pours, CLEAN BATHROOMS. They also have delicious Heineken 0.0 if you do not wish to imbibe (as I did not on the night I was there), but still want to look and feel like you're drinking a beer. Try that too! At Georges!

The place is clean as a whistle and very attractive both inside and out. Servers have all been friendly and outgoing and seem to take pride in the place and it's offerings. We've had burgers, chicken sandwiches and their taco Tuesday specials along with a few different appetizers. Everything was great but I have to single out the chicken tacos with rice as my favorite. Food and drink prices were very reasonable - especially considering the quality - the food here is 2-3 notches above the typical bar offerings. Highly recommend giving this place a try - it's really good.

Wow! What a spectacular evening at Sebastian's!…read moreCelebrated my husband's birthday along with a hometown reunion of his siblings here the other evening and it was PERFECT. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is spot on and gives you exactly the feel you want in a fine dining establishment. But the thing that makes this restaurant stand far above most others is the service! From the minute we walked in, we encountered nothing but genuine smiles and a sense that everyone there seemed to really care and be invested in us having a wonderful experience in their place of business. We were greeted at the front desk by a team of radiant ladies at the host stand. It seriously felt like they were happy to see us! Violet was especially kind and gracious and we enjoyed a short chat with her. The bartender was pleasant and efficient in taking our large varied order, and the drinks were solid. The bus and runner staff all were personable, polite and expedient. But the true star of our night was our waiter Brandon! He was spectacular. There were 15 of us and he handled our large table calmly and skillfully. He handled our indecisiveness, modifications, add ons, questions and loud revelry, professionally and expertly, never loosing his composure or patience. He definitely made our night. Thank you Brandon. We live in New York and most of the others live in Milwaukee and Minneapolis now, but Racine is the hometown and the 4th of July is a kin to a sacred holiday. The parade not to be missed! So I'm sure many a visit back is in our future, and the next time we do, I will make sure Sebastian's is on the top of our must do list! So please stay wonderful! Five stars!
