Mission Security is often the first vendor to notify us of a problem. This could be an individual in mental crisis threatening the patrol officer or a customer, a broken lock, a broken planter, gates or doors being left unlocked, abandoned property or graffiti. These incident reports are invaluable. They enable us to work with local law enforcement to ban individuals who threaten the safety of our community members, to quickly have the graffiti removed, and replace a broken planter. Our goal is for the center to be a place where people are happy and feel relaxed when bringing their family members. A place where you can feel safe going to the grocery store, picking up a prescription or grabbing an ice cream with your child or grandchild. For me, being able to talk to experienced personnel, who are familiar with our system, and not dealing with a remote call center is very important, and they have excelled in that aspect. Jason, who is part of their support staff, went out of his way to help with a minor issue I was having in real time, and fixed the problem. He even personally walks packages and mail over to our location if they are delivered to their unit instead of ours. The installation technician Tyler was extremely helpful in setting up our system, and took additional time to walk me through the system and it's functions, including how the sensors work, where they are placed, and the control panel and remote app to ensure that I was able to use the system properly. Finally, the sales manager Lina, has been beyond helpful with making sure our needs are met when it comes to security, and has followed up with us regarding potential issues to ensure we are satisfied with everything.
