I went in today and the black guy was rude and basically made fun of every question and belittled every thing I said or asked. I get it....tattoo places aren't known for having a "Chick-fil-A" experience but when I went to Hector he was a class act!! Kind, informative, and did a wonderful job on my tattoos. I came here to get my ears pierced on 3/2/2023. I forgot to post my review at the time and I'm glad…read morebecause I had no idea what would happen later. I paid $60 for the piercings. Two weeks later, one of the balls fell off of my piercing unbeknownst to me, causing the whole stem to come out. I don't know how or when it fell out. I happened to see it when I went to clean it one morning. I had to re-pierce it myself and it HURT like crazy! But I refused to let it close after paying $60 for it. I'm so annoyed by this. Now I'm walking around with mismatched earrings until it fully heals but at least the hole didn't close and this is temporary. The guy who pierced my ear was friendly but may need more training.

The parlor was very clean and offered a comfortable wait while my piercer prepared for me. My piercer was C.J. and she is the absolute best. Before we even began my ear piercing I asked her maybe 30 questions on a future piercing I wanted and she answered them all throughly and patiently without missing a beat. As for the actual piercing experience she was careful in making sure the piercing was placed exactly to my liking. She takes her time making sure you're comfortable during the process, talking you through each step. Even for someone like me with a low pain tolerance, she made it such a calm environment that I didn't even flinch when she pushed the needle through my ear. After she was done she cleaned me up and gave a detailed little speech on proper aftercare and a sheet too. C.J. is super knowledge in her field and I will definitely be going back to her for my next piercing(s)!

She went in to use it today (*the Gc had a phone # on it, and she called and verified it had $100 on it). Long story short, the owner REFUSED to honor the GC, saying it was too old! Even though it had not been used and the number on the card said it had $100 credit on it. This business is not honest and stole $100. Unbelievable!

He said that it was a simple design and felt confident in his work. He put the stencil on and everything looked great. It was hard to see the work in progress since it was on my right lower leg and I was laying on my side. As soon as he was done he said "there's your tattoo" and quickly covered it up. I didn't realize what a monstrosity it was until I went home and cried for hours. I waited several months before trusting someone else to "attempt" to cover it up. Fortunately, I went to All or Nothing tattoo and they did a wonderful job.

One of the reasons I stumbled into their shop other than needing someone who was willing to take on the massive cover up I needed was because I had a lot of my previous artists make me feel very uncomfortable to be "exposed" in front of them because of comments they'd make sexually & when I met mike & Devon it was A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE totally professional!
