Alli helped us out and did an amazing job. Four piercings on three people, in and out in about thirty minutes with maybe two drops of blood among everyone and great placement of every piercing. Very short wait for a Saturday, though it was quite a bit more crowded when we left than when we came in. I haven't gotten a new piercing in 15 years, and the last one I got was $50, so I was surprised to see that the same piercing was only $30 here, even with inflation over so many years. The worst, do NOT go. The lady pierced my cartage 3 fucking times and then just pushed the earring through because she still couldn't get it through. Then she made a new hole on my belly button when all she needed to do was open up my previous whole through the bottom. Worse experience and my piercer was NOT knowledgable about what she was doing and has fucked up my belly ring. She lied to me and told me she put it straight through the same hole and I recent found out she didn't. I am disgusted and would encourage others to not go to this location! They're so kind and gentle , I got my belly pierced after having my daughter I felt a bit self conscious about my "mom belly" but the piercer was so kind and the shop is SO CLEAN and it smells amazing . First off I loved this place from Willie doing piercings over time in Charlotte.. went in recently for tattoo and they act like they didn't want to do a tattoo. They just wanted to smoke their cigarettes out front.. all 5 6 or 7 of them... had the nerve to critique the tattoo idea just because he didn't like it.. then he wouldn't give me a price or even try... just said "i don't think it'll look right" WHAT IS IT?" He put no effort... it was bird! I told them I would I find a tattoo place with artists who actually wanted to design and be creative and TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.. Went in on my birthday today (July 2nd) and wanted a dreamcatcher. As soon as I showed the guy a picture of it he said "That's above my pay grade" (I don't know what that means but whatever) Then I said it doesn't have to be this exact picture but I would like a dreamcatcher. So he said nothing then about 10 minutes later he comes back with some very low quality dreamcatchers and I politely say it's fine. Stopped by here to get my nose re pierced after having a bad experience with a previous piercer. Their piercer was friendly and very knowledgeable and made my experience comfortable. The establishment is also very clean which is a plus. Would definitely recommend if you're interested in getting a piercing. read more

Honestly guys? You can do better- I'd bet the only reason it's still up and running is because it's convenintly placed beside campus. Personally, I'm a big fan of good customer service and after a brief visit I found NONE. I was mocked by employees because of the way I look and I was told that the design I wanted HAD to be larger than what I had planned. Guess what? The very next shop I went to finished that same "one-size-too-small" tattoo in less that 45 minutes and it was practically painless. Did I buy anything from here? No. Do I plan to? Hell no. Went here today at 8:30 to get a piercing (online it says they close at 9) and the doors were locked. A guy comes to the door and said that they closed for the night (30mins early). He was very rude and I will not return. This is after going there to get my belly button pierced last year and it being off centered and crooked. we were there for about 5 minutes just to stall because we saw they had a two set of customers they walked right pasted us when they were done after the people left and not one person spoke they went outside smoking a cigarette having their conversations. Even when we walked out they kept on. It wasn't crowded at all only two chicks was there. The only guy that was there turn around on his computer. We went for a tat and piercings for my bday. I had the worst experience here. I went to get my cartilage pierced by Ryan and my second holes. 2 days later my ears were red, swollen and blistering.I was in so much pain so I went back and he acted like he didn't even know who I was. I told him my issues and he cleaned my ears and sent me on my way telling me it would clear up. It proceeded to get worse and my ears turned black and were blistered all over. I returned there because he said he would work out a deal with me and he acted again as if he didn't know who I was. I was sure I was having an allergic reaction but he blamed it on me and said I must have done something and it wasn't his fault or the earrings. I cleaned and changed them myself to real silver earrings and my ears cleared right up. Never go here read more

Got my tragus pierced by Willie. He was super straight forward and had a great sense of humor, but made sure I had all of my questions answered and made me feel very comfortable. His atmosphere and working space were very clean and tidy. I watched him wash his hands thoroughly, get out the packages of tools needed, then put on his gloves and opened everything. Everything was sterile and brand new, and I watched him dispose of the needle he used on me in an appropriate sharps container. The piercing process was quick and way less painful than I had anticipated. I came in without an appointment and was attended to immediately. Decided I wanted some new jewelry for another piercing on my way out and he even inserted it for me. I will be honest, the place does not have any frills. If I had not seen such great reviews on multiple platforms, I would not have gone in there. But I would much rather go somewhere with experienced piercers than somewhere that looks like a hotel lobby with bad employees. Cannot wait to come back for more jewelry and maybe more piercings and tattoos! read more

Please forgive the length. I showed up for my 1pm tattoo appt with Bo. The customer in front of me got turned away from his appointment because his artist didn't show up - and Bo told him "Well, he don't much like working on weekends". That guy left, and I greeted Bo and said I was there for my 1pm tattoo appt and I showed him my appt card. He said "Man, I haven't even drawn that up yet". Bo couldn't find my artwork that they had worked up for me 24hrs earlier, on Saturday. He called his mgr (the guy who worked with me on Saturday), and he said "It's in your box", but he still couldn't find it. I pointed out that this was the 3rd time that I've unsuccessfully tried to give you guys' some business. He asked what I meant, so I told him that when we came 6mos ago for our scheduled appointment for my 17yr old daughter's industrial bar, we showed up on time for the appt but were turned away because the piercer didn't show up (making me wonder if that guy "don't much like working on weekends" either). She was gutted, as she'd saved up her own money for it. Then two weeks ago we came by to get nose piercings for my daughter and her best friend, but the shop was closed. But per the website you would be open, and there was nothing saying that you were closed. His response was "well' sometimes if it's slow we close". Wasted our time and gas, and the girls were very buzz-killed. And now a third appt is fluffed. He didn't like being on the receiving end of this situation, he gets very mad at me, tells me he's not tattooing me, and tells me to leave. Then, the the mgr (who worked with me on Saturday) walks in. He couldn't find my artwork either, and was absolutely nochalant and non-caring about this. I'm standing there incredulous, demanding an explanation, and then the mgr gets mad at me and orders me to leave. I again demanded an explanation, showed him my appt card that HE filled out, only to be told by the mgr "You've been asked to leave three times, I can call the police". That's when I gave up on this shop forever, and left.I got cursed at and told to leave by Bo.....in front of my 13yr old daughter. I got no compassion or apology from Bo or from the mgr. As I was leaving, I told them that Facebook was going to be very unkind to them shortly. They shrugged it off like "who cares". ------ That makes three times that this shop has lost business, and it's actually four if you count the other guy who was also turned away on Sunday. Yet, the staff is ok with losing their compsure and cursing at and kicking out a legitimately pissed-off person who has tried three times to be a paying customer, but has been unable to do so because of their guys' administrative issues behind the desk. First time, whatever. Second time, joke's on me. Third time, SHAME on me. This shop's competition will soon be getting my money and my business. I was a walk in and had to wait three hours before I was taken to get started. The man there said my tattoo was too small and "had to be larger." I wanted Roman numerals. Well a friend of mine saw it after I got it done and said it was huge and could've been the size I wanted. The final product was not as good as it could have been, poor quality.
