After checking a few places online I headed for Men's Wearhouse to "just take a look". I told a clerk what I wanted to see. He disappeared and returned with a lady named Nicole. She was very attentive, listened well and went to work. In no time she had me in two new suits in front of their tailor. I have trouble finding shoes because of swelling and diabetes, For three years I have worn and repaired the same dress shoes UNTIL Nicole solved my dilemma. She found a pair of dress slip-ons that have a lot of "give" when putting them on and are fully cushioned from toe to heel and around the ankles. They are so comfortable and flexible. In less than an hour I had painlessly dropped a grand. I'm very pleased and I recommend them.

A gentleman helped us for a brief moment, and then the assistant manager Amber. She is bubbly, energetic, funny, and super sweet! She was telling us all the deals they had on suits for different brands. One brand was buy one get one free, and another had deals with the pants. She also shared the cheap price of dress shirts 3 for $99. She helped my boyfriend find ones he liked. He found a grey, navy blue, and black one. Let me just say this. I can not believe how overly sensitive and accomodating she was with him. He is color blind and has sensitive eyes. He only likes greys, blacks, and blues when it comes to shirts or suits. I told her that he hates all kinds of patterns and bright colors. She did not scrutinize him or judge him. She was super helpful in finding items in those tones. She matched ties and shirts with the suits. We ended up buying all three suits and then three shirts as well. They are super comfortable and nice as well. He saved over $1200 because of the deals going on in the store, thanks to Amanda. She said he would get 2 $50 coupons in the mail because of how much he spent. We paid for alterations as well, and had no issues with the pants. They were done in a timely manner, and they made the process super quick. I want to add that when my boyfriend came to try on the pants again, they were super respectful. She even labeled the hangers with the names of the colors for each suit! I thought this was super amazing! She knew that he could not tell the difference, as I told her that he struggled to tell which was blue or black. She did not judge him or treat him poorly. I was so happy to hear he was accomodated. We came in the store today, July 27th, because I saw some short sleeve polos. It had been very hot out lately and polos are acceptable in his workplace. Once again we walked in and we were treated with respect. We were asked many times like last time if we needed help or if we were looking for something in particular. We saw Amber and she was excited to see us, remembered us, and asked if we brought the coupons too! She helped find some polos, but my boyfriend is so basic. She helped me find the sizes for a polo that was liquid soft. He was obsessed with them, and so we ordered some online. She is going to have them ship it to our home, as they did not carry any in his size or any in one particular color. She helped me find the listing online to see the color shades. We only spent $40 on shirts that were all $30 a piece because of the coupon! Amazing! I do want to add one more thing. Sometimes I dress like a complete bum. When we came in to buy suits, I was wearing baggy men's basketball shorts. I was wearing a baggy basketball shirt as well. I looked so bad! My hair was a complete mess. This is a nice location and the individuals here are extremely friendly and helpful, anxious to assist us and talk to us all about the place. While to me the clothing is a bit pricey, they had a massive amount of sale item racks plus an extra 25% off the entire store which made it very enticing. Their clothing does have a reputation to be quality and long lasting so we bought a couple pairs of leggings to start and a shirt for my husband. We will see if their items live us to their claims and I will probably look there again in the future for more clothing. While the style is on the plain and simple side, they have a lot of cute stuff and nice basics.

At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

They aren't open late (8 PM?) but that's okay. There's plenty of seating around and the place is dog friendly. Parking's pretty good but it does get backed up and busy sometimes so beware. They have a beautiful water fountain and loads of places to sit if you're waiting for someone to finish shopping or what not. While not every store appeals to me, the shopping here's decent. They've had some vacancies for a while, but that's okay. I usually come here since they have a crocs store, but I wish they had a Starbucks here which they do not have. During the holiday season, they have an exciting and wonderful Christmas tree with a well decorated mall. Better then most! I like that it's clean and well kept here, but occasionally there's a TON of teenagers running amuck which can be annoying. I think it's because most of the stores apply to a younger crowd versus older crowds. Overall a great place to grab a meal, do some quick shopping or just meet up with friends to walk around.

His wife pinned the dress (not sure if she also was the one who sewed it) and it came out great. They also pressed it and took out the wrinkles. I would recommend going here if you need alterations done. The service was also fast. We dropped the dress off on a Monday evening and I picked it up on Thursday morning.
