They have a wonderful team and good artwork behind them but I wouldn't recommend going there for any small tattoo about the size of a dollar coin or bit bigger/smaller they will over charge you. At the end after u get you'll start regretting if it was even worth 200. My friend came in to get out mxmatching tats and she was scheduled a day early I came in with her he was going to charge her 450 for a outlined butterfly with a moon over it. I came in a day later and for the same thing but a sun over it, it was only gonna be about 250. If u want someone big yes highly recommend small no. read more

I was looking for a piercer who was going to be consistent and considerate of my piercing needs (my last piercer at a different shop, did a nostril piercing on both sides of my nose super unevenly and took forever to get back to me about re-piercing it. The time I did return to that shop HE WASN'T EVEN THERE!). This shop came up in my google search, I see lots of good reviews for Helen; I ask for Helen. SHE WAS SO NICE! She walked me through the process of my nose piercing starting from what jewelry was going to be in my nose and sterilizing it, to piercing my nose with the needle she had shown me was new from an unopened package. They're only doing appointments right now so I called to check what their earliest available slot was, and the guy that answered the phone, Kevin, was super nice and said that he could take me that night because he was open. My roommates and I just wanted small tattoos so we went that night. Kevin did my roommate's sailormoon tattoo while Alex did mine and my other roommate's. This was my first tattoo and Alex was so nice; he made sure I liked where my tattoo was placed and everything. You can bring your own design and send it over to them. I came in here Wednesday afternoon looking to get the septum piercing I wanted for awhile. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I noticed that my piercing was very low and I came back in and Helen reassured me that it was my "sweet spot" even though it was pierced on the on the bottom of my nose. I got a second opinion from another reputable piercer and they confirmed that it was too low resulting in me having to take it out the next day, Thursday. I called and asked for a refund due to the incorrect placement of my piercing and the piercer told me she did nothing wrong for me to get a refund. If the anatomy of my nose wasn't suitable for a septum, I would've rather took the bad news rather than to be out of $60 without a piercing. read more

I came in as a walk-in with a friend of mine. We didn't get tattooed by the head artist, but one of the others who work in the shop. The artist took multiple smoke breaks between tattoos (with no visit to the washroom to wash his hands) and smelled of smoke the entire time he tattooed me. He also kept calling me "princess". Any lines that were supposed to be straight were anything but. But the worst part of the entire experience is that he MAJORLY blew out my tattoo. I went in for a consultation on 6/29. Or should I say I went there for a consultation and was stopped on the door step of the business by Kevin. I informed him that I was coming in for a consultation. I called prior and was told to come by. I wasn't even allowed in the building. So I had to stand on the porch of the business and try to explain what I wanted over the loud drunken voices of the parking lot across the street. He kept asking me about details and I'm not an expert so I couldn't really tell him. I think if I had pictures or if he had pictures to point out as examples I would've been able to describe in more detail what I wanted. My fiancé was actually offended from the start but she just allowed me to finish what I was saying. If this is how they do customers ThT are quoted $600-$800 dollars worth of business it's definitely a hard pass for me...... Waste of time. Absolutely horrible shop. The most rude tattoo artist that literally made us walk to a different location. We spoke with Helen and she made us walk a mile to another shop. Very sketchy and you should definitely not get tattooed here. Bad vibes all around. The shop claims to have a 40 dollar minimum yet they wanted 60$ for a small design. Tony was awesome. Even though it's not a big deal, I was nervous about getting my cartilage pierced. But Tony put me at complete ease. The piercing was fast and pretty much painless (I also got a second earlobe piercing). My sister got a double nose piercing and she said that it was as painless as it could be (I mean, it's still a piercing!). From payment to piercing, it went well. And he was fun to talk to!
