I gave him a list of what I want and then let him figure out the art, except when Cameron tattooed my mom's handwriting. As a disabled vet, it is awesome to have my artist also be a disabled vet. He understands that if I cry, it's not the tattoo, but other stuff coming out. He has a light hand to boot. Each of my (so far) seven tattoos have allowed for a mini therapy session. Even before we became friends, Steph and Cameron were always kind, extremely professional, and exceptionally compassionate. I love this shop so much and all of their artists are so talented.

I am waiting for an investigation to he done by the consumer complaints with the state of texas attorney general...I have texts and this is confirmed with this fraudulent business who doesn't have decent service...the moment I was given a total price and the work was not completed on their end of the contract, they are actually the one who failed to provide the service..maybe next time, hear the full story and dont ASSume anything about who they are, what they know and what they do for a living in the insurance industry and is a daughter of a disabled vet who was murdered by the doctor at the VA...I am so appalled that this business is stating they are a vet owned business and treat people the way I was treated..I dont recommend this place at all...I did not find anything on the BBB, but if I could give this place a negative 10...that is my honest opinion and thankfully we have the freedom of speech and other protections..

We knew it was going to be a challenge, but that was the best news I had received so far. I made the appointment and had it done. Wow! It was more amazing than I could have imagined. It is absolutely beautiful. I cannot even see the old tattoo. I did not even have to settle with just something that would "cover". I have waited 26 years to not be embarrassed of it showing. It still seems unreal that I will be able to wear anything and not have to waste money and time covering it. Nicolle was so patient with my daughter - more patient than I was (I had to take some deep breaths!). She could tell that my daughter was struggling mentally with the idea of piercing, and she spoke beautifully, God-given words over her. Her calm presence and life-giving words helped both my daughter and me reframe. My daughter finally got up the guts to do it. The relief on her face after that second piercing said it all.
