When I took the shoes back Saturday (24 hours later), I was told they couldn't help me because the shoes had been worn. When I told them about the shoes cutting into my daughter foot the response I got from the employee was "Well you should of bought bigger shoes". The amount of disrespect I got from that place is astonishing. When you tell a children's store that one of their products are cutting feet, you expect a different answer or maybe even an "I'm so sorry". Don't, and I repeat DONT waste your time or money there. What a sad excuse for an upscale retail store. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.

Their employees are not paid!!!! The 90% off sales are insane and We love seeing their volunteers friendly faces every time we go in. Being a Single mom of 2 boys this place has been an absolute blessing for name brand clothing for them and the best spot for teacher and classmate gifts! Saved a ton of money buying nice used sports equipment here as well. I go once a week at least sometimes twice. As far as the mask comments, I choose not to wear one. The volunteers are of many ethnic backgrounds and I've never , ever seen any racially motivated anything happening in this store !!! Every one is helpful and very accommodating. **** keep in mind this store like most other stores during COVID does not offer a public restroom. They do not have to either. I simply run across the street to any of the restaurants and use their restroom if needed.
