I bought a pair of shoes there on…read moreFriday, and after my daughter wore them less than an hour the shoes starting cutting into her feet (almost made her foot bleed). When I took the shoes back Saturday (24 hours later), I was told they couldn't help me because the shoes had been worn. When I told them about the shoes cutting into my daughter foot the response I got from the employee was "Well you should of bought bigger shoes". The amount of disrespect I got from that place is astonishing. When you tell a children's store that one of their products are cutting feet, you expect a different answer or maybe even an "I'm so sorry". Don't, and I repeat DONT waste your time or money there. What a sad excuse for an upscale retail store. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.

I have witness her marking thing exceptionally cheap and bringing only out when they are there. She makes all other customers take what left after she gives them the fun things to find. Antiques! I heard other ladies complaining to other employees about the same group. Goodwill on basswood and on Rufe Snow don't treat anyone better than anyone else. They both have super nice employees.
