I wish I could remember her name but alas, I couldn't. This very young lady--maybe her name was Tina, or Tonya or Tanya--was exceptional. As I was approaching the door with my 90-year-old mother-in-law in tow (She has had a stroke and walks with a stick), I saw that Tina noticed us slowly walking in from the inside. Immediately, she turned to someone in the kitchen and a young gentleman rushed over to the door to hold the door open for us. Such courtesy, wow!
