Delivery was smooth they showed up on time and were able to bring everything into the backyard and AJ went above and beyond and helping style to make our backyard cozy. They didn't have the side table that came with my set in stock at the time of delivery, but they let me choose another one and I picked up at the store at a later time. I didn't even think about using Skyler's because I assumed it would be out of my budget, but I'm really happy with my purchase and now our backyard is cozy and usable. This gave a good idea of the quality of their furniture. I went in wanting one couch, got it ordered, left, and then changed my mind 2 hours later. I came back in that same day and Ray thoroughly accommodated me! It was the perfect service ! I got my couch delivered the very next morning and it has been effect ever since (2 months now)! The delivery was free and assembly fee is only 25$. I didn't pay for assembly as I'd like to think I'm a capable girl. Assembly was very easy ! The guys dropped it off in the middle of the room and I got to assembling. It took roughly 30-45 mins to complete all on my own! Folding down the box it came in was the hardest part..! Next time though, I'll pay for assembly as it's probably worth it for 2 big men to do it quicker for cheap :) I absolutely love the couch! It's the perfect comfort level and the color matches our living room. There were a few stray strings, but nothing a pair of scissors can't fix! I hate to leave this review for a STORE (which I'm leaving on every store page, and then also…read morereporting as a complaint to the BBB), but the online platform and customer service has been particularly negative. We ordered a set of outdoor furniture to be delivered July 19th and chose a set specifically for the in-stock status as we need it for an event on the 25th. Today is that day. They are now saying it won't be ready until the 28th. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that there was one item (a rug) that was not in stock yet, so they'd be holding the WHOLE order until then to avoid a double-delivery, or, if we wanted, WE could eat a second delivery fee, which is insane to expect of us. I requested that they delivery everything ready to us by the 24th, and they refused as its "our policy." So, to clarify, their "policy" is that if we provide you a delivery date that is inaccurate, we expect you to just deal with the consequences of a delay; therefore, when ordered from Crate & Barrel, you essentially cannot ever plan around a delivery date--not even within a week of that date, since we are being pushed 9 days out. So, be sure when using this company, you either a) plan nothing for a long period of time afterward that depends on that order's delivery, or b) do what we will be doing and use Wayfair or Pottery Barn (which is where we'll go from now on) because when things like this happen, they help facilitate solutions, not resolve it with "sorry, it's our policy."
