I was patient and understanding, even though this was super avoidable if she had just taken a peek at the food. She knowingly knew her oven was not working and still served us the food. We didn't even ask for a refund for this, even though nobody could eat the food But when it came time to cancel a week in advance for an upcoming Since understandably, we did not want her to come back she is refusing to give us a refund. Apparently, she has a no refund policy that you conveniently have to actually go on her website and look for it is nowhere on the invoice. I have reached out to her multiple times and I've just gotten an automated response She is refusing to take responsibility for her actions and it's taking it out on senior seniors. The grounds at Skyline Ranch are huge so that dogs had plenty area to run, sniff, and play. Plus, they have a creek with several small pools that allowed the dogs to splash, get muddy, and have fun! They have a huge picnic area and an outstanding pit master that provided us with a great lunch option during our picnic in Fall 2014. They also have a very nice looking indoor facility that we didn't utilize this time because the weather was so amazing.
