When I stressed I wanted to go to court I was told my case was being put in a portal where another attorney could pick it up. Thank God they did! Another attorney DID pick it up and 3 months later I had a settlement! But of course Hughes and Coleman took over $10000. I now know to never use this law firm again. If you have a case that they might have to fight for you, I would definitely think twice about using this law firm!

I had asked my attorney several times if we had jurisdiction since we now live in Germany and Fort Knox was our last duty station. JAG and other attorneys said it should, but I wanted confirmation. WELL, over a year later, money later, and less than 2 weeks before the final court date, the judge ruled that we do NOT have jurisdiction. For the last 3 weeks, my calls and emails have been ignored. My attorney actually had quit (planned already) and the situation was turned over to Ms. Lonneman. This firm was a waste of my time and money. Wished I had read the reviews first. I will be filing a complaint with the Hardin County Bar Association. Not cool, Lonneman.
