All their new washers and dryers make it a great place to do laundry and there is always somone on sight I felt safe and comfortable doing my laundry there. read more

Staff is obviously prejudice, my husband went inside to wash our clothes. I must be that gorgeous because the lady stared at me the whole time I was in the truck. I finally went inside to use the restroom and the low hair cut old lady felt the need to check it only after I went in. Let's be fr what is there to steal in a public bathroom that toilet seat look partially melted. read more

The attendant was friendly the day I was in there. However, I called before I came to check to see if the larger commercial washers would accommodate an 8x10 washable rug. I was told it was no problem. I got there a bit later and panicked because the largest washers were both out of order. However, the commercial washers the next size down worked ok for me. And I didn't get any pushback about using it as past reviews had mentioned. read more

Attendant wasn't being so attending TBH Many washers and dryers were broke down Need to upgrade asap read more

The older woman attendant is the rudest person in Elizabethtown. She called me an idiot when I had trouble operating the dryer. She should not be around any type of customer service industry. read more

This laundromat is clean for the most part, seems to have more working washers and dryers than the one in Radcliff, and I like that their change machine will give you bills back instead of just quarters. The old lady there is a bit grumpy, so I just don't talk to her unless I have to. They also have a nice little seating area, with some vending machines and a TV; and a restroom for customers. If you like barbecue, Paw Paw's is next-door. If the lady that works, there was actually friendly, this would have been a five star review. Especially with how some of the other laundromats are in the area. read more

Because it is listed to 10 pm all I needed was to wash which takes 20 minutes I arrived at exactly pm the staff observed me loading in axp 50 lbs of laundry from the disability parking once inside and beginning to load the machines proceeds to verbally attack me with you can't wash I will call the cops and don't come back here and locked the door at 9 05 pm. From the parking spot I see her let in a couple with laundry. I don't know what the relationship is that she had with them. She needs to be replaced worst service you could possibly provide. Without any provocation. read more

I don't know the reason for such low ratings. It's a laundry mat, there is not much you can expect from here. This place is clean and most of the washers and dryers work. The place is clean and the interaction I have had with the people are have been with no issues. read more

All I can say is Terrible. I don't remember ever being so rudely spoken to. Place was nice and clean but that customer service is the worst, not only rude to myself but also to many others, and really without reason. That lady should not be working with the public . I first thought ok maybe she was having a bad day. I always try to give benefit of a doubt we never know what others are going through... But I have witnessed her behavior several times with multiple people. I will not go back . Enough is enough! read more

I have to use them from time to time, most are professional, one her name must be Carlene since she was screaming at someone on the phone about her cable service. She is rude to everyone If there was another one in Elizabethtown I can assure you I would be going there.. read more

7 out of 20 dryers work. Similar with the washers. The Nazi lady that seems in charge is so rude. She talks down to people. My heart hurt watching this lady act with her superiority complex. Won't come here again! read more

It was a good laundromat, plenty of washers and dryers worked. Only downside was the worker. Like all other reviews said, she's very rude. Even when we didn't speak to her, she came up to us and was very rude!! read more

So many machines were out of order and the attendee was so rude and hateful to everyone! I would hand wash my clothes before going back here! read more

The lady working Sunday night was very helpful as I walked in for the first time. She is always moving as well as helping where she can

I rarely use a laundromat but this one was just ok. Half of their stuff was out of order and the place was packed! They should take some of them quarters since they are over priced and repair or replace their stuff. It was as clean as you could ask a laundromat to be but their attendant is very rude and overbearing. She needs laid or taught some etiquette! read more

The washers and dryers are decent. Heaven forbid you have to interact with the older lady always working. She's incredibly hateful and rude for no reason any time she's "bothered" by customers. Not sure if she's the owner or just a terrible employee, but she's enough to make me want to go elsewhere even if it's further or more expensive. read more

Never come to this place the old lady is miserable and unhappy and likes to make things tough for the people washing clothes here. She fusses when you have a face shield on instead of a mask she's a miserable old bat never come here. Their dryers aren't good anyways. She's rude to me and my wife don't ever wash clothes here it's not worth it. read more

The washers had the smell of any coin laundry washer. The dryers were the hottest dryer I have ever found in my conus travels.

This is my first time to use a coin laundry place. I thought my expectations were going to be pretty low. It I actually like this place. I came as soon as they opened since it looked pretty empty compared to the evening looked pretty busy. The larger washers wash up to 6 loads for $7, and the single washers cost about $1.75-$2.50 depending one the one you use. Single dryers cost $0.25 for small and $0.50 for large. They do sell detergent, softener, and bleach for about $2. They also have a vending machine for snacks and drinks. Tv and free WiFi for entertainment. ATM and coffee. The location is right next to a couple discount stores, 2 places to eat meals and A automobile oil &lube place. read more

A lot of dryers broken and a very unfriendly, unhelpful attendant. If the owner really cared they'd make sure she either shaped up or left. Also machines need repaired. read more

The laundry mat is clean, most the time all the washers and dryers are in working order and the price is decent. My problem however is with the lady that works there (or owns it) I've seen her be rude to multiple people for no reason and experienced it myself the last time we went. I was using the big 7.50 washer and only need to put three more quarters in. The washer was eating the quarters, so I put two more in and again the same thing. So I went over and told her that the washer wasn't working properly. She immediately got an attitude and said it's probably jammed again. She came over and fixed it and about 8 quarters popped out. She started going off about how I shouldn't have been putting so many in knowing it was jammed and I only needed to add three. I tried to explain that I did only add three and she could keep the other five since they weren't mine, but she continued on with her attitude. I finished my laundry and haven't been back since. Yes the place is clean, well kept but customer service is everything. And being rude and nasty for no reason is beyond wrong. read more

wow, this place is awful. very rude, soooooo rude. machines ate often broken, and they police what you wash, where you stand, not kidding- hod help you if you stand in weong place or touch the wrong table. these guys are like the only coi. laundr in Elizabethtown so they abuse people and get away with it. read more

The person working today at 11:06 am has refused to assist me. She is too busy playing her video game. I have been coming here for years and I will not be back when she is here. Quote her, that is not my job to help people. Really!! Since I am on paying her salary so she really needs to get off her lazy butt and help someone. Refused to make coffee for 3 customers that asked. Said she doesn't do that on her shift. The owner needs to fire here!! Please pass this along if you know the owner. I will be happy to come in and talk to her. read more

RUDE! The older woman at the counter had something wrong with her for sure. She should be an out of sight, never interact with people type worker. The second I walked in the discomfort was overwhelming. She starred and was incredibly rude and flat out awful! Not sure if it was because I wasn't white or what, but I almost felt like I was in a 1950, white's only place. She continued to stare at me with a look of utter distain as I threw away a fabric softener. I don't conduct myself in a disrespectful manner or obnoxious in any way so her immediate demeanor towards me was appalling. I'd rather hand wash 10 loads in a river than go back there again! read more

I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of this laundromat. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I was even happily surprised the bathroom was clean. read more

Will not use services here again. My wife and I brought a comforter here to be cleaned midday on Sunday. When dropping the comforter off, we asked the attendant to bleach it to ensure stains were removed. She agreed to do so. We have no complaints about the timeframe of completion (about 3 hours), but when we picked up the comforter it was still extremely damp. The attendant said "Sorry it's still a little damp. We were really busy today and the big machines were being used". The comforter did not appear to be any cleaner than it was upon drop off and it is clear that it was not bleached as requested. We are very dissatisfied with the service we received here and do not believe it is worth the $16.50 we paid. In the future we will seek out the services of a more reputable business that delivers on their promises. read more

The lady that work the desk or the counter or whatever you want to call it was very rude and disrespectful a lot of their washers and dryers were broke and very close to one another so you can't help to be in someone else's way I can just say this I will never be back God help you if you have to go to this facility read more

Incredibly unprofessional staff. Hang your clothes in your bathroom. You will be less hassled.

Customer service is everything. And for this establishment, the older lady with long, braided silver hair ruins it. This worker followed me out to my car while I was putting some of my laundry up so I didn't have to keep up with it while the rest finished. She yelled and said, "thanks for putting the chairs back", because she had previously asked me to replace the chairs from where I got them when I was finished. I explained to her that I was still going to put them back, but I had not yet finished and that's why I hadn't moved them. She continued to be nasty and smart saying the same thing to me on the sidewalk outside the laundry. I walked back in and showed her I was still waiting on some to wash and was going to continue to dry what was finishing up in the wash. She proceeded to yell and go on about how I didn't move the chairs. She then called me out for placing 3 folded items on a table marked "reserved for drop offs", which is fine.. there was a sign so I understand taking up the space. However, there was nobody there dropping off and I had only used a corner of it for less than 3 minutes before moving the items to take them to the car. The worker didn't have a problem with it until after she thought I didn't move my chairs back. Before leaving, she made a point to walk up and say, "no hard feelings, have a good day" in the smartest way a person could say that sentence. Once gone, the worker taking over came and spoke to me about what happened as well as other customers who said they would not have allowed her to talk to them the way she talked to myself. I like the establishment as far as having a coin machine, multiple different washers and dryers, and even being fat cleaner than other in town. But the woman who was working the morning shift as I described completely ruined the establishment and I have never in my life been treated so poorly and with such little respect. This woman should NOT have a job working with people. I work healthcare and deal with being cursed at, insulted, and swung at and never do I ever treat any of those people poorly. So whatever was wrong with her, that's not an excuse to treat anyone the way she treated me today. read more

I visited this place for the first time because I needed to do a lot of laundry to get packed and move. Now I have to admit laundry is not the most fun thing in the world but I found the place to be very clean well taken care of, actually it was pretty cool inside even though today was above 90! The only issue I found was the attendant on duty. It was an older woman and when I asked her questions she acted like I interrupted her doing something. It says it has Wi-Fi and when I asked for the code it was a very long number and the lady just repeated it twice even though I asked her to write it on a piece of paper. I finally was able to get it to work! It was not the friendliest place even though the machines were great and the site was very clean. I bet if they have some friendlier people that work there it would be a totally different experience and in this review i would have marked it 5 stars. So if you need to use a laundromat great place, but beware of the grouchy people behind the counter! Cheers! read more

I wish I had read the comment before I went to this place. The grouchy old woman is an understatement. She immediately made it known that this was a very none kid friendly place. My boys are 9 and 7 and as soon as we walked in the door she gave is trouble. I had to call the police on her because of the constant harassment she invoked on us. I even had to call my husband "soldier" from duty to come help me!! If it had not been for the fact that I was washing comforters and they NEEDED to be dried, I would have left with wet clothes and found another laundry. The size and cleanliness was not worth this woman ruining my day. Don't go there unless you are forced to by gun point!! read more

I am an over the road truck driver. The laundromat at the truck stop was full, and I needed to wash clothes. I had the pleasure of ending up at this laundromat. Sometimes it seems the only people who write reviews are the unhappy ones. I'm going to be honest. The place was very clean and well maintained. The Air Conditioning was pleasantly cool considering it was very hot that day. They have a big screen TV and video games. The parking lot was big enough for my truck. In regards to the attendants, they weren't overly cordial, but you have to consider that they work in a LAUNDROMAT for gosh sakes! They answered my questions just fine. They had BIG LOAD washers which was also a plus for me. I may not come this way again, but if I do, I will definitely stop here if I need! read more

This place is very out of date a lot of the washers don't even work. There is a mean old asian lady who is just super rude don't go there !! They basically kicked me out because she said it was 10 till close and I was taking to long drying my close I told her I wasn't taking my clothes wet and she said HURRY UP I NO STAY ALL NITE! ! never well I go back ! read more

The space is nice and in close proximity to a bank with an ATM machine and their hours are great. They have a machine that changes dollar bills to quarters and have vending machines and sell the miscellaneous laundry items you may have forgotten. However, both times I went something got onto my clothes from the machines, so make sure the machines are clean before placing your clothes inside and clearly mark your laundry so someone else does not think it is theirs and place fabric softener into your load (especially when it is not the correct time for it). read more

Just the "friendliest" women at the counter...she made the chore of laundry even more "pleasant" if that is possible.I should have paid attention to the other reviews. The place is clean and well it seems maintained although if you are treated like a bother or if doing your job to customers as they are breathing your air and should leave quickly read more

**DO NOT GO HERE!!! RUDE AS F@#K!!!***All I can say is WOW!! My wife and I have been here multiple times and every single time the staff has been down right disrespectful and rude! The hours on the website for Columbus day said that they may vary. My wife called to confirm that they were open and was answered with an, "Oh", and hung up on. When I called back to to speak with a manager/owner, I was floored to learn that that was who so unprofessionally had spoken to my wife, THE OWNER! Dont waste your time or money on this place! Pure trash and unprofessional! read more

First time here .New to area an someone suggested coming here cause machines where cheaper then most..I read the reviews bout the unfriendly attendent here an boy where they right !!! She looks like she didn't want to be here an had a attitude look of Hell on her....I spent 14.00 on the 2 of the 7.00 machines that did 7 loads each..I was putting money in one an it quite accepting quarters after first 5 bucks .she seen I was having issues an immediately got up an pushed coin return to fix it then was walking away an I said thanks with no response from her an the look on her face was like I bothered her an looked like she was pissed cause she had to get up..but at least she responded quickly to my issue with machines...she totally needs a attitude adjustment.cause this is a clean an good place but her attitude had to run alot of business away..the owner manager needs to address this issue before his business is ruined because of a rude employee..I am a business owner myself an I would terminate her in a heartbeat if she working for me an running away my business an profitable business this should be..,I spent total 23.00 here an next time I come here an if she is here with same attitude I will go down the road which I am sure alot of people do now.. read more

The older attendant that works there has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I went in to do laundry and asked for two $10 bills for my $20 bill so I could get $10 in quarters. The lady told me no and then proceeded to question me about why "you people" can't just bring in the money you need and asking why I was at the ATM to begin with. After explaining to her that you can only get increments of $20 at an ATM and that was why I needed change I decided enough was enough and I was not going to give money to a business that condones their employees treating customers like that. I think that she is the owner, but either way, it doesn't give her the right to talk to people like that for no reason. I will never do business with these people again. If you need to use a laundromat, I would recommend Smitty's on Sycamore next to Double Dragon. They're a bit smaller than Coin Express but the staff is always friendly and helpful. read more
