Jackie and her team go above and beyond your highest expectations. You come home to an exhausted pet every visit. I have never left my dog at home with anyone except my parents and Jackie would be the only person I would ever even consider. I work a normal day job, and a very sporadic schedule at night. This has never been an issue with Jackie, she is so flexible and available whenever I need her. My schedule allows me minimal time to plan ahead and Jackie bends with every curve I throw at her, she even anticipates my needs. There are times where I last minute text her seeing if she is coming that day (expecting her to read my mind) and when she attempts to clarify-because I am tossing this at her blind- and I don't respond- she is able to assume that the lack of response is me working and shows up to take care of my little one. I work 70ish hours a week and it would not be possible without her help. She even picks up my dog's medication from the vet on JI and brings it when she lets her out downtown-like its not even an issue! She is so pleasant, so sweet, so honest and just genuinely cares about your animal. The notebook she uses as a visit reference is an amazing tool as well, she always keeps you so up to date with what is going on with your pet. I would give 12 stars if I could.

We met her 3 days before my trip and my two dogs, 2 and 4 year old lapdog pits, took to her immediately and tried to cover her with kisses, I knew then and there she was the one. She came to our home 3 times each day, fed them, played/cuddled with them, took them out and, to my surprise, cleaned the yard!! She sent us text and pictures each time she checked in on them and I felt so relieved and happy knowing they were home and being well taken care of. You can tell she loves her work and cares for your animals just like they were her own!
