The last time our puppy had a few accidents in her kennel and Sheri cleaned up everything with no complaining. She is a trooper. The best thing I believe, when you give someone the key to your house, is trust. And Sheri is extremely trustworthy. We've used her many times now over a few years, and have never had any kind of issue at all with her - never. She is very dedicated and professional; she even texts us pictures and update of our pets. She can also handle emergencies that come up; she is calm and thoughtful and knows what to do. She brings in our mail and newspapers and arranges them on the table. In other words, she pays attention to details, which I pay attention to. I highly recommend her.

The owner of that company and the walker had two different approaches to handling my puppy, I agreed with the owner but not the walker. I found Snagglefoot via yelp, though they don't have many reviews, but as a big yelper, I HIGHLY recommend Melanie and Arnt. They meet u before starting and I got to see how they handled my puppy. They really care, have good code of conduct and they are not out to make a fast buck. Their price is also much more reasonable than the other dog walkers out there. I am grateful I found them!!!

At our meet and greet (with her and her husband) I knew right away they were the PERFECT fit for my dog. My pup instantly loved both of them and in return they loved him back. Every visit she sends me multiple pictures and lets me know how good (or bad..haha) my pup has been! It's so reassuring and puts me at ease to know he's in such wonderful hands while mama is at work! Melanie I cannot thank you enough for taking care of my baby, you truly are THE BEST! I am not one to write reviews, however she deserves 5+ STARS!! Again-nothing but wonderful and positive things to say about Melanie! I plan to use her for as long as I stay in Mount P! I've also recommended her to SEVERAL of my coworkers who are tempted to break things off with their current dog walkers and hire her!

She arrived early both times, and is very efficient with setting up her table and other necessary equipment. She was very loving towards our dogs, giving them little treats and making a point to introduce herself to them to help make them both feel more comfortable with her and her assistant. It took me going to another vet and them getting the records and asking me "were they never treated for Giardia?" Not only did they let my dogs suffer for a month, but I find out their diagnosis the week before Christmas, where I was planning to go visit family who has dogs in the home. This has been ruined by their negligence, as it could've been treated a month ago. Office staff, while used the words "I'm sorry" did not express empathy properly and did not have an explanation for how this slipped through the cracks for so long. I only hope this is the last time such a negligent mistake is made. I went to advance due to their good reviews and recommendations. Be cautious if you choose to go with this vet. For details: the documents show my dogs test results as positive on 11/19/24 and they did not send any communication or medication whatsoever. No conversation about Giardia until I addressed the records today.
