True enough. Everything went seamlessly without much of a wait. Dr. Small took the time to understand my medical condition and symptoms and gave me his honest opinion, which was that he did not recommend surgery (at least not any time soon). He is very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my situation and my options. Also, he has a very good bedside manner and made me feel calm during a stressful time.

He walked in, went straight past me, not a word, sat down, looked at my chart and started talking, never looking up at me, then finally asked how are you doing my name is Dr. Sondhi. Well, since you asked, I don't like waiting an hour when we scheduled an appointment. My time is valuable just like yours is. Appointment was a joke, told me to get on some peppermint over the counter pills, I requested blood work which I could easily get at walkinlab.com but did it through them since they are the so said experts right? I already have my test results a week later, but scheduled a telemedicine visit to go over the results. Fast forward to today, the day of the appointment I'm told that my appointment was incorrectly scheduled by their office as an office visit and not a telemedicine visit. Said the soonest they have is 2 weeks from now and that they can't simple have the nurse call me to go over the blood results. So what the Dr said could be done, was not done, and even though I have an appointment blocked out for 30 minutes today they can't see me today or simple call me like the doctor said to go over the test results? Say what??????????? But I had an appointment? What a joke. Thank god I did not pay my $85 Co-Pay already...

I'm only 20 but went in for a colonoscopy just to be sure that all was okay bowel/gut wise. I'm lactose intolerant and thought I might also have IBS as I cramp a lot in the abdominal region regardless of what I eat. I'm also in the restroom more than a few times daily which I felt wasn't quite normal. But all was fine and nothing was found to be of any concern. Money well spent IMO and the care I received was phenomenal :)

Had an epidural for back pain. She went too far and gave me a hole in my spine. Its called a csf…read moreleak. Had to go to the hospital. Dr covered the hole with six to seven shots of blood from my arm. I had such a headache and nausea. She said I will give you a good burn. Thought she was kidding. Here it is four yrs later and my back and neck and legs feel worse. I have to do housework etc and its so difficult. Wish I never went to her. She wasn't at the office the next day and moved a couple of times since then.
