This company drilled in the face of the profile for no apparent reason leaving an unsightly hole. Every fixing into the wall saw the fitters damage with a drill the profile 10 times. The profiles were too short and are not straight. The box section was not secured to the lintel and the seal was too short and wrong colour. The wires were left hanging loose out of the box. They left rubbish behind and demand £150 to fix. Disgusting.

Had to cancel one appointment due to hospital visit, but Tuesday a person arrived after making sure I was available, took the unit away, and brought it back Friday with a new casing, and a new USB 3 entry, not linked as the motherboard was not compatible, yet the old USB that would comply with the board remaining. Could have taken me for a new one completely but assessed my real needs carefully and only did the job that I really needed.

Most of the work was done by Steve who measured everything before installing. Paid attention to detail and did a super dooper secure installation of my boiler. After receiving a number of quotes the managing agents contracted Ollie to upgrade the communal doors so I contracted him to upgrade my front door. Well, I'd already bought the door, and had it painted. When Ollie started on the fitting, it quickly became apparent that the door was the wrong size, it was warped because I'd stored it improperly, and the frame was badly out of alignment. None of this caused Ollie to drop his cheery smile, and even though the job clearly took MUCH longer than he would have expected, he happily finished the job to a very high standard, after facing every possible problem imaginable! Not once did Ollie start to frown, tut-tut, and suggest that the job would be more expensive than his quote. I also had a summerhouse which had just been delivered, and a few days later, Ollie put the summerhouse up (without any problems this time!). Excellent, high-quality craftsmanship, a very amicable fellow, and very reasonable rates. Highly recommended! Doug Roberts

CMS's careprt fitters removed all our interior doors and did not re-hang them. They left the doors…read morelaying on the floor and piled up all over the place, preventing us moving back into the rooms. The doors are too heavy for me to move myself so I am stuck now. I work from home so being unable to use my office is a huge problem for me. Ian at CMS claimed it was because they are supposedly "not insured" to work with doors. We found this out only after the installation -- at no point before were we prepared for any problems with the doors, despite an on-site survey/measure up and two lengthy consultations in the store where we were walked through (supposedly) every aspect of the installation. We paid a great sum of money for an comprehensive installation service and have been left to go on Google scrabbling around for a handyman to fix their mess. Manager did not even do the courtesy of apologising and delegated it to the front desk lackey. Not good. I advise you all to use CarpetRight instead, because they *do* offer a complete service, including door trimming and re-fitting.

Fittings that we have had done have been good. Fitters have turned up on time and been neat and tidy in their work.
