The increase in the number of windows bumped the quote up to £410. I did a quick check once they had finished but failed to inspect thoroughly & acted in good faith. Upon inspection I was so disapointed I cried. Bathrooms poorly done, cisterns untouched, towel rails dusty, items from previous tenants behind sink. Carpeted floors covered in cat hair. 2 days later my 1 yr old picked up a sewing needle left by previous occupier. Kitchen drawers had food remaining. Counter tops not wiped down. Radiator cover removed & not replaced & not cleaned. Floor still had large debris remaining as did cooker. Team back unannounced at 4pm to rectify the job. Fails to understand how it is inappropriate. Email exchange has been hostile. He has now stopped responding to my emails and I will be escalating the matter to small claims court.
