Ollie came to fit a garage side door for me, and I will admit, the job was a pig! I'm sure it's every tradesman's nightmare the customer who has already had half the job done. Well, I'd already bought the door, and had it painted. When Ollie started on the fitting, it quickly became apparent that the door was the wrong size, it was warped because I'd stored it improperly, and the frame was badly out of alignment.
None of this caused Ollie to drop his cheery smile, and even though the job clearly took MUCH longer than he would have expected, he happily finished the job to a very high standard, after facing every possible problem imaginable! Not once did Ollie start to frown, tut-tut, and suggest that the job would be more expensive than his quote.
I also had a summerhouse which had just been delivered, and a few days later, Ollie put the summerhouse up (without any problems this time!).
Excellent, high-quality craftsmanship, a very amicable fellow, and very reasonable rates.
