The clerk was argumentative with me as to what a taper was, even though I told her the exact diameter I wanted at them hem. When asked if I wanted them re-hemmed, I told them I would do it. I was told it would be around $10. I did not receive a call letting me know my clothes were ready to pick up but stopped by a week later. When I asked what the total was, $23.54 which is over twice what I quoted because not only did they taper them, they cleaned them, and re-hemmed them and pressed them, which I appreciate, but could have done on my own. Will NOT be going back, and hope they actually see this as they lost a 4th generation customer.
