As I look around the house where I grew up as a girl. My heart is filled with joy. Sugar "Clara"…read morebrought life back into the 45 year old house. Trust me when I say she had her work cut out for her. Years of cigarette smoke and Butane heaters clouding the walls, light fixtures, appliances, cabinets, ceiling, windows, and every nook and cranny full of its nasty residue. The kitchen had years of cooking grease build-up. A 3 day job and Sugar made it happen . As Sugar would say, "BAM"! Absolutely an incredible job. The house smells great, looks great, and I could not be any more pleased with the outcome. The money was very reasonable for the hard work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Sugars Cleaning Service for any light or deep cleaning you need. Clara is a joy to work with.

I was moving out of my apartment and wanted a professional cleaner to make things easier, and…read moreGaile's is as professional as they come. Gaile was very nice and worked with me to schedule a time for cleaning. She was there on time and did quick and excellent work. She walked me through the apartment afterwards and showed me everything that was done. I have never seen an apartment that clean before! The service was very affordable, but I think what helped is that I hadn't trashed the place (it was fairly clean to begin with and I had all my belongings moved out beforehand). I absolutely recommend Gaile's for anyone who is moving out of a home or apartment and wants peace of mind for the cleanliness of their former home. Great work Gaile! Thanks a bunch!

My refrigerator was freezing up and not cooling. A relative recommended Paul. I called and he…read morestated I should unplug the refrigerator and allow it to defrost. A few days later he and his wife came out, charging me $175 for that trip. I thought they seemed very nice and honest. He gave me an estimate for replacing, the leaking water valve and the Defrost Thermistor, of around $500. No additional labor/trip charge would be charged. He recommended I buy a new refrigerator. This refrigerator new would cost over $2000 to replace. I asked him to repair it. He stated he would order the parts. A week or so later he called and we scheduled a repair date. Paul came out (with no parts in hand) looked in the freezer and stated the compressor was going out. I ask you, "Is this a scam to get the $175 initial charge?" I question this because he did the exact same thing to the person that recommended him and they replaced their refrigerator What do you think? BTW A relative came and replaced the Defroster and it's been working fine for about five months.

I requested service several months ago because the VA wanted an inspection done on the gas lines…read moreand tank of the house I was in the process of purchasing. I was told an inspector would contact me. No call came so I turned to a separate company to complete the inspection so I could get the loan issued and close on the property. I then called after closing and asked them to remove their tank and was told they would remove it from the property. I called about a month later and they had no work order on file or any estimated time that it would get picked up. I went through the trouble of getting a work order set up and I had moved the tank into the front yard to make pick up easier. Customer service with this company is terrible for the most part.
