I asked a few questions and Steve patiently answered; he is clearly an expert on watches. Steve was honest about my my options and the costs. Since the watch has sentimental value, I elected to fix it. Steve sent the watch out for service and kept me updated on its progress. The watch is now ready and I am 100% pleased.
