I was there when they took it back a part. Not only did Marine Worx forget to put back in several parts(three berings) they also put one part in upside down (the shift cam) and did not notice that the "clutch dog" was cracked in half. I had to have the lower unit rebuilt one more time and lost my two week fishing vacation in the process. I called Kevin and asked him to make it right. He said he didn't believe me. I tried to get him to call the dealer here but he refused. He said people try to screw him over all the time by calling him after a job, complaining and wanting their money back. I can only say beware of this company.

He expected me to just throw money and parts not heading towards a resolution. Told me so many lies like oh your prop and hub is bad and that's why you only have 3/4 throttle and not full throttle. Took the boat out after it was all said to be fixed and wouldn't you know ... Same exact problem! The boat sits for a month and nothing was done to it. Excuses on why he hadn't gotten to it. Then he has the nerve to tell me he doesn't have time to fix it. Are you kidding me? I paid you to fix my motor and not just put parts on it that were not the cause of the fuel starving issue. Boating headquarters has piss poor diagnostic abilities and justs wants customers to throw money until they find / replace something that actually fixes the problem accidentally . Insist on an actual estimate. Walk away when they give an excuse on why they cannot give an estimate until they rack up hourly rates doing nothing. If you want poor service, lack of communication, running up shop rate hours for improper diagnostics and months of storage until they look at your boat.... Boating headquarters is the place!!!!!

Boards have leashes so you don't lose them if you flip over/off the board. Life jacket & adjustable paddles are also provided. Equipment is worn down, but for the cost it's reasonable. The wildlife you can see while paddling the routes are beautiful. We've seen various types of birds, herons, cranes, turtles, dragon flies..it's a peaceful way to spend a sunny summer afternoon.
