The next morning I see at the bottom of my message that the message was viewed at 9:09 p.m. But... no reply. So, I message them again on Facebook... stating that I saw that the message was viewed. Finally! They reply to my message stating that my ordered was missed. So, I then reply with "send me a refund." I provide my address and they state they will get it to me. It has been over two months since I first placed the order. Not only did I not receive my initial order but I have yet to receive my refund for the order that was not completed. I have reached out to them via phone messages, Facebook messages, Facebook comments (they've since blocked me from messaging and commenting), Twitter, email, and their Craigslist account.
