It's very conveniently located in a mall, the ladies are VERY quick with their work, and they do a wonderful job! It's also very reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend stopping by here with your dresses and suits and alteration needs, especially if you're near the mall in the first place.

Their glassware is unlike most as they embed objects into the side of the glass creating a unique drinking experience. They have miniature version of a hockey puck, baseball, football that becomes part of the glass. Not into sports themes, they can embed rounds of ammunition (obviously the bullet and not the whole round for safety reasons), a guitar pick, fishing lure, fire axe, toy brick, airplane propellor (no this one doesn't fly) and they keep coming up with new ones every year. They can do laser etching which allows you to customize what is etched onto the glass. You can select from already design glassware to seeking a custom design. They are big on social media and if you become a "Top Fan" on Facebook, you could potentially receive free items from their marketing team on occasion. They offer several options for glassware from pint beer glasses, to wine glasses, rock glasses, shot glasses, beer mug, decanter, glass coffee mugs and maybe more. I am a Nurse Practitioner and brought in 3 black scrub tops and 2 white lab coats to have my name…read moreand credentials embroidered for work. The store was a bit chaotic but they seemed hard at work in the back. I went over what I wanted with one of the ladies and she wrote it down on a note pad. They said it would take about a week- and she texted me when they were ready. The lettering looked ok and she did complete the design correctly. They charged just over $50 for the 5 items. HOWEVER, every top was embroidered crookedly and they are way too high- it does not look like an embroidered top that I showed her which should be above the left breast pocket area for medical professionals. The lettering went into my arm pit and can't be read. They look pretty unprofessional and I cant wear them to work as a practitioner. This is pretty unfortunate because I spent roughly #30 per scrub top and $45 per lab coat- which are all now ruined. I also had to drive an hour each way because I live in Shawano. Feels like a giant waste of time and money- I will have to find another place to re-do all of my scrubs in the future.

I dropped off 7 shirts to be laundered and was quoted $35.00 to have them done. Super expensive I thought but the times are what they are. I returned to pickup my shirts and was charged over $50.00 to get them back. I questioned the cost and was told it was because they were some fancy fabric. Ok,well it is what it is. I got home and opened my plastic covers to find shirts the looked like they had been fluffed up in the dryer. I was and really still am furious. No noticeable starch to speak of. I was also angered at the attitude of the employee during our two interactions. I will never ever go back to that Neenah business and would encourage others to stay away as well unless somebody fixes their very poor customer experience. I hope they get it turned around soon.
